Little Jon cut my brothers hair and it looks like he took a weed whacker to his head. Whatever you do, don’t get your haircut from little Jon he will do irreparable damage. Little Jon shouldn’t be within 5 feet of clippers or scissors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this barbershop by accident — now I look so fresh even my phone’s Face ID had to re-learn who I am. I look like a whole new person. They charged me $25, but the haircut was so good I told them they should’ve charged me $100… except I’m broke, so I would’ve had to pay in hugs. Customer service? Off the charts — they treat you like royalty AND your hair like it’s auditioning for a shampoo commercial. I’m dropping a full video of my experience, and if you’re brave enough, click it to see me with my new haircut. Warning: your screen might get jealous.

5 stars for the place but one point of contention. If you do not speak Spanish, and you have any particular need for your hair, Little Jon on the end cannot understand any specific direction. He will look for a key word like “Light trim” or “1 inch off” and that’s it. After years of going to him, he got short with me because he had to redo his work on me. I told him “Light trim on top, make the sides tighter”. He proceeded to lightly trim all around, leaving too much volume on the sides and a bit of a helmet shape. At the mirror check-in, I said, “The top looks great, just make the sides tighter please.” Frustrated, he said “But you said light trim.” At this point I realized, after, I think, 8 years of working here, he’s still just listening for those few keywords.. As the cut wrapped up, and it was around closing time, I specifically directed, “Thanks again, and no straight razor today, please.” Jon has an annoying ritual of scraping your neck and ears with a straight razor at the end. He has sliced the skin between my temple and ear many times. As I was finally fed up with his lack of language ability, I decided to test that specific request again, “No straight razor today please.” Within 5 seconds of that request, I could hear him dispensing his hot shaving cream, about to proceed with the straight razor ritual. As the man was holding a blade, I let him do his bidding lol, but will never sit in his chair again, since he cannot understand such a basic, and just essential safety request. “Please don’t use an unguarded blade on me” should be honored in any language. Anyhow, Tim, Judy, Tot, are obviously all pros and Abdul is getting really good too.

So I Took My Father To Get His Haircut At This Barbershop & His Normal Person Wasn’t There Which Is Abdul Who Always Does Amazing On My Fathers Haircut … However My Father Wanted “Little Jon” To Do His Hair & He Refused To Do It & Told Us That The Lady “Tater Tot” Can Do It & She Said No Jon Can Do It & It Was Such A Back & Forth & I Couldn’t Understand What The Issue Could Be .. It Was Horrible Customer Service & If We Are Paying For Service & It’s First Come First Serve Then Why Was We Being Refused & Treated This Way.. I Felt So Mistreated & Mind You My Father Is Elderly… This Treatment Was Definitely Unnecessary & Hopefully Moving Forward They Won’t Treat People Like That & Thank You Tater Tot For Stepping Up & Doing His Hair.

Brought my special needs son here on a whim. I have always used clippers to give him a buzz cut all over the fear a barber/stylist wouldn't be willing to cut his hair or he wouldn't cooperate enough for them to be willing to finish. Juan did a great job styling his hair even though I had no idea what to get him. All I was able to express was that I didn't want the surgical scar on the back of his head to be too exposed. With this being his first ever professional haircut, and I am glad to say I am happy with it. Will definitely be returning for follow-up visits.

Uneven haircut. And i went back to get it fixed and still uneven ... didnt notice until at home directly in front of mirror. Awful place to get hair done. Never coming back... Btw it was some old spanish guy

I'm sure this place is great at times, and clearly the customer loyalty is built high which is great. Unfortunately my experience was less than amazing. I waited over an hour to get in the chair, the place was packed and they had only 3 chairs open. The woman who cut my hair (I think her name was Judy) did a good job and was friendly. After the cut was done I handed her a 20 and asked for 5s in change. She handed me only 2, when I asked for the other 2 she claimed I gave her a 10. I had broken a 100 bill earlier in the day, and upon counting my money knew I had given her a 20. But at this point I had been there almost 2 and a half hours and not wanting to make a scene I payed and left. I'm sure Judy made a mistake and didn't do it intentionally. It was a busy day and I know how easy it is to get confused. But if you go, call ahead to make sure it's not packed. And always always always make sure they know what amount you hand them. Now I'm short 10 bucks after waiting the longest I ever have for a cut. The haircut is great! But sorry to say I definitely won't be returning. I'm serious when it comes to my hair, and always tip more than average since I can be picky. This is the first time the tip was taken without my consent :/

Highly professional and skilled barbers. Rich was too good to me. He shared lots of knowledge on how to take care of hair and other stuff. Will keep going here for my hair cut.
