I have been coming here since 2009 when the original owner opened it and have been a loyal customer since he has sold it and now on to the 3rd owner. After my cut I was taking out my stamp card and the GUY which is the new owner yelled at me to hurry up and pay first. First off I’ve never been rushed to pay first and they always stamped my card first. Secondly this new owner does not care about his customers like the past owners. This shop is not what it used to be at all and the cuts are not good anymore either!

Very bad experience. I regret cutting my hear and beard in this shop. I clearly told her how to cut my beard. I showed her the picture how to cut my beard. I grew up my beard for two months to make a nice shape, but she destroyed my beard just in two minutes and overcharged me too. Never go to this barbar shop. I am very disappointed with their work.

I showed the picture to the barber and what I got wasn’t even close, had to tell her to fix it like 2, 3 times but the result is still disappointing. I have seen other 1-star reviews this place had and did not think I would get the same problem. 23$ for a haircut but the experience was awful.

Stopped by after work on Thursday, first time going into a new place I’m sure we can all understand the feeling of apprehension when trying a new barber for the first time. That anxiety could not have been more misplaced, Nicole gave me an excellent haircut and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks Nicole 😁

I recently took my two boys to this barber shop, and we had a fantastic experience. Grace and Mark did an excellent job cutting their hair, and their friendliness made the visit enjoyable. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere will keep us coming back. Highly recommend!

I love getting my hair cut here. The staff is quiet, but courteous and friendly. I don't always strike up a conversation with the staff, but when I do, it's a good experience. They always do a great job with my hair, and I've been going here for well over a couple years. Definitely worth the price for the haircut

All I asked for was a trim up top and about a 3 on the sides making sure things are all evened out and blended with the top. I Will say I’ve gone there many many times growing up here in manassas. And this time was my last. I told the barber that I wanted a 3 on the side. They proceeded to use a 1 and didn’t tell me. I have glasses so I was very much blind without them. They also didn’t blend the top to the bottom so it’s just a complete cutoff which is not at all what I wanted. They didn’t use shears at all used a razor for it all and now I have to live with a very very messed up haircut that I paid 20$ for. This was and is the worst haircut I have ever had and I feel like calling out of work just because of how bad they did me. Pictures below are what I showed the person I wanted it like. Then what I got. I think you can tell I didn’t get exactly what I wanted.
