3 days ago I plopped my hair curly they overcharged me (120$) and it ruined my hair they burned my hair and it not look curly at all front of my hair it all burned don’t go here at all !!!

We want to respectfully clarify our experience from your visit.<br>During your appointment last week, we checked in with you multiple times and asked for your opinion on the perm. At the time, you expressed that you were very happy with the result and did not raise any concerns before leaving. We always encourage clients to let us know right away if something doesn’t feel right so we can address it on the spot.<br>Our perm service is priced at $120, which we believe is fair and competitive given current market conditions. We’ve also been transparent about our pricing, including sharing it publicly on our social media in the past.<br>It’s disappointing to see negative feedback without having been given the opportunity to make things right, especially since no dissatisfaction was communicated during or immediately after the visit. That said, we genuinely care about our clients’ experiences and are always open to constructive conversations.<br>If you’d like to reach out to us directly, we’d still be happy to talk and see how we can help. Found my go-to barbershop! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family and they showed great care for how I liked my haircut. I never felt uncomfortable or uncertain with how they were cutting my hair. They’re good at what they do and take great pride in their work. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been coming to Royal Barber Shop for over a year now, and they never disappoint. The barbers are consistent, skilled, and always make sure I leave with a clean, sharp cut. Great vibe, super professional, and easy to trust. Highly recommend!

Always great - I came in with a longer, dishevled/grown-out quiff. I showed Jackie a picture of a textured, short quiff and she cut it exactly to the picture. Ask for hair wax on dry hair if you want a non-wet look. I have wavy/straight hair and I asked her to blow dry it forward into the look I liked. She understands I am a hair-aficionado and I have a specific look in mind; just show her a picture and you're good to go. I like to go on slower days, typically weekdays. Amazing place, deserves all the business in the world!

We first visited this barbershop by chance, and now, years later, it has become our family’s go-to place whenever we need a haircut. The owner and staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every customer. They provide fast and clean haircuts, and the prices are very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for great service and quality.

Woman worked fast and did a great job with my 2 young boys. She did give me a bit of a hard time when I asked if youngest could sit in the car chair but she did it. Place got busy and she was only one until at least noon, on a Saturday which I thought was odd.

Got cooked. Been here before, friendly and got a great haircut. Next time, only one there, showed photo of the same haircut she did before. Lady rushed it so fast, not sure if it was her lunch break. Wasn’t friendly at all. She practically gave me a buzz. First time she asked before if this was the amount of length to come off. Not this time, instead put the lowest guard on and went for it.

Great establishment, exceptional customer service. The establishment is very clean and I love how they cut my hair. I usually get a fade on the side and trim the top. They will usually shave the sides where I get it cut to my skin and use a hot towel. The haircut always leaves me satisfied. Very friendly people I’ve been coming here for a while and it definitely has that local feel to it. They get to know their customers and are very personable people. I can’t say enough how nice they are here. I have eczema and Ms. Jackie after seeing my skin dry, she before I left gave me a bottle of aloe and gave me some advice to keep my skin healthy. I feel as though this is a good place to support by getting your hair cut here, especially if you’re local to the area. Nice people and great cuts. I would recommend to anyone to get their hair cut here. A+
