I've been seeing Cathy at Unique Reflections for the past 1.5 years, and I can't recommend her highly enough! Cathy is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also creates a welcoming, relaxing environment every visit. Man, I always leave the chair satisfied because Brad nails it every time. Very straight and clean lines, great blending and attentive to detail. Easily the best cut I’ve had in VA, I highly recommend!

Took my son here for a haircut and couldn’t be happier. Brad was professional, patient, and did an awesome job. The cut looks clean and well done, and the shop has a comfortable, laid back vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

I visited this barbershop for a birthday haircut after reading many positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I showed my barber, Cathy, a photo of my previous haircut and requested a simple trim on top with a low taper fade. Instead, I received an uneven cut that was much shorter than I asked for. This was not the result I expected, especially on my birthday. Overall, it was the most unsatisfactory haircut I’ve had. If the owner sees this, I want a refund!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a barbershop to get a fresh cut. I came across Unique Reflections and I’m so glad I did. I ended up in Kevin’s chair, and he really hooked me up. Compared to my last barber, this experience was on another level. The shop itself is clean and has a good vibe, but what I really liked about Kevin is that he listens. He didn’t just give me a generic cut or try to freestyle something fancy — he actually listened to what I wanted and nailed it. I think I’ve found my new spot. If you’re in the area and need a fresh cut, definitely check out Unique Reflections. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m from out of town and need a ASAP! I found this location on google and went to Big Phill. 10 out of 10! He took his time, but not forever. Kept my hairline natural! Much appreciated! I’ll be back. Oh and the price was top tier

But when he got back home, he was so upset! He told me that the barber completely ignored him and took another customer instead, right in front of him. My son felt like he wasn't even noticed. We see you have woken up with a disgruntled unsettled spirit and have decided to choose conflict...so here we go....<br><br>Sir, 1st of all, we have you and that day recorded on camera. That inparticular barber was running behind on your appointment which is not unheard of in the barbershop culture. Although we try to accommodate appointment times, we are all human and things happen. <br>Secondly, another barber was ready for you, for your convenience, asked if you wanted service which you refused. <br>Third, if you were not satisfied with the haircut you DID NOT have to pay. We will/do honor someone if they are not satisfied with the haircut by waiving any and all fees associated with the visit. You chose to stick with your barber of choice, was shown the mirror, accepted the service, paid for the service and then left, no complaining about the haircut itself but rather the wait, even though YOU were offered a more convenient route. Sir, that is on you. <br><br>Since the visit you have manufactured people and events that never took place within the shop to also leave bad reviews, which will also be addressed.<br><br>When someone threatens your way of living and how one provides for their family that is akin to threatening someones life, by way of income. That in and of itself is devilish and a deceitful act. Sir you, your girlfriend, and mother are devaluing a whole company/business that provides for MULTIPLE families with your antics, lies, deceit, and devilish ways. YOU KNOW. You know better than and should feel shame. Your mother, son, or girlfriend have never been into the shop as the other reviews you coerced has suggested. Reviews never lie. I searched this place online and trusted the reviews. Booked an appointment with Cathy, she only works on weekends. I asked for medium skin fade cut and she guaranteed that she can deliver the best. Best haircut I’ve ever got for $36. Cathy took her time and cut my hair to perfection. The barbershop is not anything like those fancy shops you’ve ever seen, the store looks very dated and needs significant improvements. You might feel a bit disappointed when you walk in since the environment doesn’t look appealing at all, but Cathy is the reason that I’m giving 5 stars review. She’s been there since 2004 and she really cares about what she’s doing. I’m definitely going there again because of her.
