New to the area, I had the same barber for 15 years so I was nervous coming in, but I couldn’t have been happier with the haircut — you could tell both barbers were very professional and experienced. I was very happy with my haircut and will definitely be back. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish, and I walked out feeling confident with a clean, sharp look. I love that it is a local business too!

ALERT*ALERT*ALERT*DO NOT CUT YOUR HAIRS FROM THE LADY BARBER HERE..!!!She is RUDE, VERY VERY RUDE!! She has TANTRUMS!! She gets irritated if you try to explain her how you want your hairs done, she only wants your hairs to be cut the way she wants 🤣.. always in a HURRY..I had my hairs done here thrice...twice from the Gentleman there who is polite and expert but a BIG BIG NO TO THE LADY BARBER HERE...and the joke is she has the ODACITY to ask for a TIP🤣..Not worth

Trimmed my eyebrows without asking and now they look really bad! She did it so fast while trimming my sideburns that I didn't have time to say no. Who does that without asking the customer? I won't be going back here and suggest if you value your eyebrows to go somewhere else.

Never go with Helen ever. I am the customer of 3 years at the same barbershop, especially with Louis barber who does amazing job. But today he was out of town, and it was urgent that I get a haircut for the interview, and there was Helen working. I decided to go with her, knowing I have been in the same barbershop for years… this decision turned into the worst nightmare. I carefully instructed her the kind of haircut I am looking forward to, but due to long line, she rushed to get over with cutting unprofessionally which went against my intentions, that was off the balance. I came in the shop with long hair, but I’ll have to suck up the mess and get even shorter hair with proper cut at another barbershop. Never again with Helen!

Helene is AMAZING. I went in for today and it was really cold outside, first thing she does is she warms me up with the hair dryer. Helene is a true professional. She took her time and made sure that everything was lined up perfectly and the attention to detail she works with is incredible. At the end she throws on a nice warm towel and does a short neck massage too which is delightful. This is probably top 3 haircuts I’ve ever gotten. If I wasn’t moving out of town I would continue to see her and the folks at Town Barbershop indefinitely. I cannot recommend Helene at the town barbershop enough. 10/10

This is a great barbershop. Unlike many of the other local barbers which look old and dumpy Twin is clean, modern and simply but tastefully decorated. She did an amazing job on the haircut and cleaned up my last two cuts which were not good. It is very reasonably priced too. I will definitely go back.
