This used to be my go to shop for myself and my kids until one day they decided to have a haircut with someone whom they are training. I’m all supportive of training someone who is learning the trade. But the business should be open about it and seek customer’s consent before letting them do a haircut. We had an important event planned and so went for a haircut for my son. The trainee took very long and my son complained of pain for several hours after having the haircut and the hair cut was also not upto our satisfaction. Other than this one instance we would usually be happy with their services. Advice: please get the consent from customers before using the trainee.

I really appreciate Kelly being so understanding about everything and very patient with kids Haircut. Also about sanitizing the equipment before hand.

This place was a hidden gem in my opinion. True, my hair situation isn't super complicated or anything. But I chose this place based mostly on its proximity to my hotel, and I showed up without an appointment. The barbers were super friendly. I just got the bare-bones cut but it came with a razor cut on the neck (for men), a hot towel, and a neck and scalp massage. 10/10 recommend. I think it was $22 not including any gratuity. Great place!

First time there and I was impressed, saw other reviews for Kelly and I just happened to get her. She did an amazing job for my type of hair usually it takes someone awhile to properly cut my hair. Definitely found my new barber as I am new to the area. Definitely recommend.

I got my haircut today and Oanh did her usual fine job. She is a very pleasant person and a wonderful stylist. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here since I was in third grade and the service and quality of the haircuts has only gotten better. Compared to everywhere else these days the prices are so much cheaper for a haircut that is really amazing. Really recommend Oanh or Kelly!

I’ve been here several times without any issues, but my last visit was unacceptable. I asked for a medium fade to a #1 and ended up with a skin fade instead. The young man cutting my hair seemed inexperienced and nervous, spending 45 minutes on the same spots repeatedly, until the razor became uncomfortably hot. When I finally asked for a mirror, I was shocked at how bad the cut was. Another stylist came over and tried to fix it, but the damage was already done. While she did her best, the haircut was unsalvageable. When I paid at the end she told me she only charged me for a regular haircut and not a skin fade… I asked for a regular haircut. Customers should be told if a trainee is cutting their hair. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

Had the short hair Vietnamese lady that I've never seen before. Excellent service, as always. I got my split ends cut and a shave/groom. I would venture to say that this is the best shave I've had since going to KC Barbershop, and I think I've always gotten good to great shaves there, so that is high praise given how high the bar already was. Can't really go wrong here. My only advice is to have no preference in barber. There can be two or three guys waiting for the first chair on the left(Kelly?) and you can go straight past them to get in a chair right away. They are all good to great barbers. The only thing that I see her do that is noticeably better than the others is the massage at the end. I am occasionally jealous of that, where she's just beating the heck out of their shoulders, but I don't think a post cut massage is worth waiting up to an hour for. You may disagree.

I got my first haircut today at KC Barbershop and I am extremely happy with the service. The staff was very friendly and I got greeted as soon as I arrived by Kelly. She did an amazing job with my haircut and I will definitely go back next time. The barbershop is very clean, there's plenty of parking spaces and it also has TVs on the walls to pass time.
