I like the haircut I get but I think the prices are pretty high, I don't know if tips are included in that price or if their rent is super high, hopefully it means the barbers are getting what they need.

first time in this place, I got the most horrible / ugly haircut I have ever get in my life. I was pretty clear on what I want, but the lady ended up giving me a teen hair cut...never come back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

I have been coming for years and may no longer be a customer. When you bring in a pic, Mark nails it. Very professional cuts. But the three times I have told him NOT to cut anything but the neckline, he does whatever the hell he wants and cuts anyways. I have probably been there 300 times and have never had an actual convo with him and really don't know if his English is even functional. He clearly doesn't understand "don't cut it." I an done with him.

This place used to be great, but they are going downhill fast. I started going here in 2015. Sarah used to do a great job with my hair, but since March 2023 it seems like she hasn't been putting effort into my haircut like she used to. Also, when I went here on Memorial Day weekend, a regular haircut cost $30. In a little over two months, the price of a regular haircut has gone up to $40! Are they actually trying to lose customers? I guess I'll have to start going to Town Barbershop in Herndon. A men's cut there is only $22.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this salon. The stylist, Mark, was disrespectful and rude. I asked for a business style haircut and showed him a few pictures. After cutting my hair for only 5 minutes, he asked if I liked it. I requested it to be a little bit shorter, and he became angry and yelled at me, saying that it was not a business hairstyle. He then proceeded to cut off almost 3/4 of my hair in just another 5 minutes. I do not recommend this salon or Mark's services.

Nice clean for environment, I had the pleasure of Mark cutting my hair, cut it exactly as the picture I supplied. No question he knows what he’s doing with scissors and clippers. I noticed his female coworker was doing a great job on another customer. I would gladly go to either/or. Definitely worth the money spent/saved. Making this my permanent barber shop.

i needed a beard trim, and could use a haircut, so I decided to give these guys a try. "Mark" did the haircut, and "Sarah" did the trim and shave. they were both professional and efficient, and I'm thoroughly pleased with the cut. The shave, however, was something special. She was quick, but I never felt hurried, and the results were great. I never knew I needed a face massage, but it turns out that yes, I do. I used the online scheduling, and they were ready for me at exactly the appointed time. It's a bit pricey, but I felt the service and results are well worth it.

I have hair that is a bit more difficult to manage. I love going to Mark (the director barber and owner) for his expertise. I always leave feeling fresh and confident. I do also love the decor here- it's modern and masculine. Very cool. In terms of price, I leave paying a maximum of $40 for shampoo and cut.

Very nice place. Master Mark takes time and he is very accurate! My haircut turn out great, clean and sharp. Everyone is very polite there. Place looks great, clean, smell great, many TVs around with various channel and remote controls for your convenience. Chair was very comfortable. One of the best places around. I will definitely be a regular customer!

Finally found my new barber. The online booking system is great and worked flawlessly. Stopped in for the director haircut with Mark. He is the real deal. Great haircut. Every station has a small TV to watch, if that's your thing. But overall the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. They change their razor blades after each client. I like this as some other shops don't.. The lounge also delivers great service at a reasonable price.
