RED is so kind and sweet with my brother who has special needs. Gave him the perfect haircut and he was cheesing the entire time.

I had a terrible experience here and the worst haircut of my life. I came in and asked for a fade with a hard part, my standard. I never got the guys name but he was a person of color with a leather motor cycle jacket on. He seemed to not even know where to start to cut my hair. He asked for advice from a co-worker who had him put my hair in a top knot to do the first lines. If this person was uncomfortable cutting my hair type, he should have declined the job. He does the fade poorly and missed multiple spots that I had to touch up around home. He doesn't touch the top at all. I remind him that I want the hard part. He cuts into the long part of my hair and not on the line. So, as I'm driving away, I run my hands through my hair and long strands are just falling out. This was panic inducing. To top it all off, he then tries to charge me more money than the price on the wall. I point to the sign and he repeats his price. I insist on the posted price. I typically tip 50% on haircuts. Not in this case. I kept finding areas that needed to be fixed. I will never go back to this establishment.

I'm so sorry for the bad experience, I apologize for any inconvenience, but you should have come back and told us something about it and gotten it fixed. I'm not sure who cut your hair, but Like I said sorry about that.

I won't be going there again. Took my son there for a haircut and there barber is very limited with his skills. It's obvious that he doesn't know how to cut hair beyond Black hair or fades. My son has fine hair because of his Asian mother and her hacked it up completely. If you have anything other than Black hair, don't go here.

This shop is much more than a barber shop. Top class is a true family and the heart beat of the falls church community. I've been bringing my son to this shop since he was 2 yrs old and he is almost 8 yrs now. I truly love all of the barbers at the shop, always laughing, smiling and enjoying each other and the customers. I want to give a special BIG thank you to Les the barber. Les was always positive and upbeat. My son Dwight adored him, my son really looked up to Les and looked forward to each visit. Les, thank you for being soo much more than a barber to my son. Thank you for your positive impact you had in both of our lives. Love always Brandy and Dwight

Unfortunately, I don't think my $25.00 were well spent here. What should have been a quick 15 minute cut, it dragged for over 30 minutes. While I appreciate the attention to detail to a fade, the whole cut was overdone and not in a good way. The barber spent so much time on a simple fade for the back of my head, I left with irritated skin and an uneven fade line. The whole haircut I was faced away from the mirror as if the barber was hiding what he was doing. Honestly, it felt like he didn't really know what he was doing... Thank you but I don't think I'll be returning.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't put 0 stars after a 1 hour wait and a 1 hour unfinished haircut. Terrible blending I've cut my sons hair better then the "professional " did but we are white so that might have been the reason why we received such a horrible haicut and terrible service. Not sure we were very welcomed there.

The best barbershop in Northern Va - period. Nana is the BEST! Going on 5 years a loyal customer after moving to falls church from Maryland and parting ways with my previous barber of 8 years. HIGHLY recommended

Augustine will put you in there and get you right! I don’t let too many people cut my hair, but Aug was 1 of 2 people I trusted during my 10 years in Northern VA. Walking in off the street, without an appointment, you should expect a wait, but the wait is well worth the results. Hard working brothers, getting the job done!

I've been to many high rates barber shops only to find out the hard way that their barbers can't cut hair for ****. This shop puts out consistent quality sharp cuts. Ask for Tee. He's been my barber for 10 years. He's a master at what he does. Highly recommended.
