I’ve been here several times now, and consistently get an amazing classic gentleman’s haircut from Kevin. I’ve had haircuts from some highly regarded stylists in NYC, Tokyo, etc., and Kevin is right up there with the best. Very clean and sanitary, as I noticed they do clean the tools between the clients. And to top it all off, Kevin is a super chill guy and pleasure to be around. Thank you always for the great experience.

Lance is great. I've only been twice, but he's been very good and consistent about cutting the style I ask for. While the shop is more expensive, the quality is much better than a cheap chain I had to go to in a pinch. 100% worth it. Cutting ability aside, Lance and the whole team (including George) are also super chill and friendly, and you're treated well. This will be my barber until I move.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here if you want a good quality haircut. Told my stylist Inyoung I liked the style I currently had and only wanted an inch or so cut off to maintain it. Instead, she proceeded to butcher my hair, leaving jagged strands at inconsistent lengths which I only discovered upon washing out all the product she applied that hid the errors. Will not be back. Attached are photos of results and previous style for reference. EDIT: To their credit, I appreciate management for reaching out right away and processing a full refund for me.

Been coming to this barbershop since 2018! I’ve learned my lesson time and time again, you get what you pay for. I’ve tried going to all different shops in the DMV area and they don’t compare. Berenice Gomez always gives me exactly what I want and oftentimes gives me suggestions for a better look. Highly recommend !

Kevin did such a fantastic job for my teenage(17) son today. He told me that it was the best haircut he has ever gotten. We’ve been to more than 20 barbershops/hair salons near Vienna and Fairfax and I can confidently say Kevin is the best hair stylist. He’s very kind too. The shop is so clean and beautiful too. Love the atmosphere!!

This barbershop offers a premium experience that's worth every penny. I started going here around the middle of last year looking for a more upscale option, and I was not disappointed. I make a point to schedule with Tommy, who consistently does a wonderful job. He's able to turn out great work with minimal direction and always provides fantastic results. Be aware, this is a premium service. You're not getting a $20 buzz cut from Super Cuts; these are professionals who take their time and will work with you to achieve the results you want. Scheduling in advance is practically a requirement, as their online booking is usually full for several weeks out. You might be able to call in or get on a waiting list, but there are no guarantees without a booked appointment.

Been going here for a few years now. Natasha is amazing and does a consistent job every time, and chill/fun to talk to. Have had good experience with Bernice as well. Great ambiance, good music and vibes. Bonus if you like dogs cause a few of the barbers regularly bring in their dogs. They don’t accept walk-in’s because they are too good but just find your barber and schedule your next appt before you leave and it’s never a problem getting booked.

Inyoung was incredible! I've never been so happy with a haircut before. George did a great job greeting me at the door as well. 10/10 will come back again!

I seriously need give a shout out to some amazing peeps at The Standard Barbershop. Tommy and Wendy and the gang have been giving amazing cuts and beard work for almost three years now — and it is an experience!
