This place is awesome. Mickey does exactly what you ask and makes recommendations you never even thought of, her friendly attitude makes it a joy to visit. Marcus is a sculptor when it comes to beards. His artistry improved my entire look. All the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Everyone I have worked with at Floyd's 99 has been excellent, and I have never had a result I disliked. However, I must call special attention to Julia S, who I have now seen twice and wish to go back to for the foreseeable future. I have been nervous to take a leap with my hair, and I loved what she did the first time so I scheduled another appointment with her. Upon returning, she helped me get over my nerves and got me to the style I have been dreaming of for roughly two years but been too scared to do. And as a bonus, she is just lovely to work with and talk to. She was super kind, insightful, engaging, and smart. For any men looking for a mid-length style, when you read "passionate about men's mid-length hair" on her profile, it is true. She was truly an expert on how to achieve the effect I was wanting, providing truly insightful and detailed explanations on how and why she was cutting and styling my hair a certain way (I would elaborate, but it was technical enough that I could not do it justice in this format). I'm extremely thankful for the work she has done, and I can not recall the last time I was this happy about how my hair looks.

My experience was awesome. This is my second time getting a cut by Farah and she is amazing! She asks what I want for my cut and listens but most importantly she uses her expertise to further make the cut an amazing experience.

I would highly recommend having your hair cut by Azi. I have gone to her a few times now and she never disappoints! Azi is a very skilled hair stylist as well as a very engaging and friendly person. She keeps you engaged your whole time there and makes you feel welcome. Ask for Azi when you go to Floyd’s Mosaic you won’t be disappointed!

I went for a trim after I had my hair done by another trusted stylist. The atmosphere is nice inside, and the front desk was helpful. Mickey did a great job shaping me up, it's exactly what I wanted- after a previous stylist (not at Floyd's) kept giving me a haircut I didn't ask for, I appreciated that Mickey listened to what I was looking for, and I feel like I can trust this shop with my hair. A note if you're planning on going- this shop prefers cash for tips to your stylist. I'll be back for another trim!

I’ve gotten a handful of haircuts since first coming here two years ago and they have been the best haircuts of my life. Highly talented stylists. They play good music too. Scheduling online is excellent. Fair price.

Just moved into the area and decided to book an appointment. They gave me a lady who took all of 10 minutes to give me my cut. She did a horrible job of giving me a taper and did not blend the top at all. The back is insanely messed up and she didn’t even shave the side burns properly

MARCUS massacred my hair. His attitude reflected the cut he gave me. Unpersonable, banging the clippers against my head, and a bad attitude. Showed him a picture of the cut before he started cutting, I had stopped him 2 times during the cut to make sure he was doing what I wanted as he was doing it a way I've never seen mens hair trimmed before. It was too late at that point. The whole haircut was shorter one side inc the fringe. One side wasn't even blended at the bottom, and a random long patch at the top of that side.

Every time I step into Floyd’s 99 in Mosaic it’s like coming home! Such a comforting and fun environment. All the front desk staff (shout out Sparrow and Cat and sorry if I’m forgetting anyone else) are super helpful and then as soon as I sit in Monica’s chair I know I’m gonna get exactly the color and cut I need (sometimes she knows what I want better than I do!). Julia has also helped with my hair a couple times (and has done my mom’s hair, friend’s hair, and cousin’s hair before and they’ve all had great experiences). Lastly I love how the other stylists and barbers want to check in and see what everyone else is doing, it makes it feel like one big community!!
