It was terrible, I don't recommend it. I went for a haircut and they cut it way too short, besides using a comb that was too hard, and the customer service was awful.

Never ever going again. My hair is really long, like 5 inches. So ha so for a low taper on the sides and low taper on the back. The lady proceeded to take cut off tons of hair where to the point it looks really short. She then cuts it even more and more leaving me looking terrible. Do not come

I called to try and set an appointment for a cut and color, as well as an estimate for the price. I was told on the phone that the lady didn’t come in til Saturday and that they didn’t know if she was free. The person on the line then asked if I wanted the stylist’s personal phone number. I’m not going to call someone on their day off for an estimate when the front desk should know their prices. Honestly they should create a database so every employee is able to see availability if a certain stylist is out.

This place has recently changed ownership and it is TERRIBLE. DO NOT go here if a man. Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Total amateur rush job, rude and nonexistent customer service. Maybe fine for women, TERRIBLE barber.

Thank you so much Katie for the excellent cut! All my collages complimented my haircut this time. I am a real picky person and have been over ten barbers in Fairfax and find not find a good one. I had to go to New York to cut my hair. Finally, I found a good one that I can go regularly. She is so nice and talkative. I feel so comfortable when I sit there. Anyway, give it a try.

Katie is amazing. She remembered me enough to greet me by name the second time I went there. She also took meticulous notes about how I liked having things done that I didn't have to re-explain things. She seems genuinely interested and caring about what the customer wants. A few other pluses: - parking is readily available - they accept cards unlike a certain yelp 'top-rated' barber I used to go to in the area

They are the best barber shop in Fairfax hands down!! I had a great experience cutting my hair and they take their time to cut your hair. It is a new management and they make sure the customers get what they asked for. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a great hair cut.

Not bad prices but I get home and notice that the cut is super uneven. I've got to go to a different barber to get it fixed. Hair looks worse than when I started. I called ahead to book an appointment was told that there was no wait for walk-ins. Showed up an hour later and had to wait about 30 minutes. If your getting a buzzcut for a child this place is probably not bad otherwise I'd go somewhere else. I certainly am never getting a haircut here again. I attached some pics probably not noticible from a distance but it's definitely noticible when its on your head.
