She don’t know how to cut hairs ! I showed her picture of the hair style which I want but still she messed up with my hairs and my Hairs are totally ruined ,,, Not recommended!! , Plz Don’t waste your money & Time , And don’t risk your Hairs plz 😩😔

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this salon and will never return. I booked two appointments online for my two daughters under “any available staff.” When the second stylist arrived, she was immediately annoyed and started complaining in Vietnamese about why the appointment was booked under her name — even though I booked it under "any available staff". Throughout the appointment, she continued talking about us in Vietnamese, complaining that my daughter had “too much hair,” that she didn’t like cutting women’s hair, and that the work would “break her arms.” She also said she would charge more because of my daughter’s hair length, then she mocked me in Vietnamese, calling me cheap for asking about pricing and waiting for a year to get their hair cuts. For the record, there is nothing wrong with asking for prices before a service. I came prepared for the listed $45 wash, cut, and blow-dry, and any price change should be communicated professionally — not through insults. She rushed through the haircut in about 30 minutes, complained the entire time, and showed no care or pride in her work. My daughter is unhappy with her haircut and described it as choppy and uneven. It was extremely disappointing to be talked about and mocked — especially in front of my children. Speaking badly about customers in another language is still disrespectful, and you never know who understands. (I understand every thing you were saying in Vietnamese) I regret coming here and will never bring my daughters back or recommend this salon. Based on this experience, I can only imagine how many other customers are treated the same way, talked down on, mocked, insulted.....

Cindy shampood, cut and styled my hair. She did a great job. She is very nice & professional. I have been going to Cindy's for the past 3 years. I would definitely recommend her shop.

Great service honestly. The lady that cut my hair was super nice and my hair turned out great. I was worried cause I have curly hair but it turned out cute. No pain even though I typically feel some from other barbers. Will be going back.

I had such a nice experience at Cindy’s. At first I was very nervous, as getting a perm was a new experience and really only stuck to one place, however coming to Cindy’s was the right decision and they 100% know what they are doing. The shop speaks (mainly) Vietnamese, but they do know english and are VERY friendly. Please visit them, as in my opinion I think they did an amazing job. (2nd photo is before).

I went in asking for a little off the top and tapered sides and she took off half the length off the top leaving me with very short front and medium back. She also started blending before asking. I asked if I could have my money back to go somewhere else to fix it and she argued that it looked like what I said I wanted. DO NOT GO HERE IF LOOKING FOR MEN HAIRCUT.

My sister and I got a hair cut and balayage done by Sandra. Both the sisters here are beyond the sweetest! We left beyond impressed and happy to say that we've finally found our go-to salon. I got a long-layered haircut. Sandra blended the layers very well and I loved everything about my hair cut. It turned out exactly like the picture I showed her as well. To me, I believe that a layered hair cut is very difficult to achieve and many places I've been to I ended up with very choppy noticeable layers; whereas here the layers were smoothy blended in. My sister got a long-layered haircut as well, along with a balayage touchup, and keratin treatment. Haircut turned out great, balayage turned out amazing - exactly like the picture she showed, and the keratin treatment definitely recovered her damaged hair leaving It SO silky & soft. (Picture)
