I’ve been coming to Charlie’s since 2016 and have never had a bad experience. Charlie and his crew are competent and social! The haircut prices here have hovered around ~$20 which is far more affordable than most barber shops in the area.

I’ve been coming to Charlie’s Barber Shop in Fairfax Station for almost 10 years now. A good friend from college recommended it back then, and I’ve been a regular ever since. I usually get a skin fade, and Charlie always gets it just right. I come about once a month since my hair grows pretty fast. I try to go early on Mondays or Wednesdays to beat the crowd, and it’s always a quick, smooth experience. Most of the time I get my haircut from Charlie, but the ladies in the shop are great too. I’ve had cuts from them when Charlie wasn’t around, and they’ve always done an awesome job. They cut all ages—I’m 30 now—and I get compliments every time I leave the shop. If you’re in the Fairfax, Burke, Fairfax Station, Clifton, or Springfield areas, definitely swing by and check them out. You won’t regret it.

I've been coming here for months since I've moved to Fairfax last summer. Today I got my haircut and feel like I was snubbed and insulted. I was next in line for walk in and after Charlie finished his client, he walked in the back and dawdled around the shop until another barber was finished. He then sent me to the next barber and proceeded to immediately help the person who arrived after me. The lady that cut my hair did a fantastic job, but this is unprofessional behavior from the owner to skip over clients in favor of others.

Excellent Barber. Charlie has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. I travel several miles just to get my hair cut. He also uses a razor, which many hair stylist can not do. Consider visiting this great barber shop.

I have been a customer of Charlie’s ever since my mother took me when I was 5 years old. I am 27 now and I will keep coming here until Charlie retires. Charlie isn’t just the best at cutting hair, he is also the kindest and most pure hearted man I have ever met. He treats his customers with care and respect while also giving you the perfect cut every time.

Charlie’s Barber Shop is the best in the area. I’ve had my hair cut from each person in the shop and they’re all solid! They listen to what you want and then work their magic. Charlie is also a delight - he’s been cutting hair for a very long time. He takes his time with each client regardless if there’s a line or not - each customer receives his total attention. Highly recommend this shop!

I finally got a haircut from Charley himself, after being a customer there for almost 2 years... Best haircut I’ve ever had. Charlie really is the best, $25 for a haircut from him is a steal. I see why people wait for him now. The other barbers in the shop are very good and professional, but Charley is truly an artist and a master of his craft.

I started looking for a new barber late last year since I got tired paying high prices. My father was a barber/hair stylist so am very particular. on how my hair is cut I knew about Charlie’s shop since I use to pass it by on my way to Gold Gym. This is a family run shop that provides excellent service and haircuts with many years of experience. They are always friendly and greet you like a family member. Their prices are very reasonable and overall a great place.

Charlie has been my barber since I was 9 years old and my dad's. He has had his own shop for awhile now and it is full of a friendly, talented staff and comfortable chairs. They give you the cut you want at a good price. I have Charlie give me my shave, with the straight blade this man is a wizard and I always get the closest shave he will also cut beards if you want to jeep that facial master peace for special events I have never had a bad experience in 16yrs. this man is great at what he does and enjoys his work and his staff feels the same way.
