This place is really phenomenal. I got my haircut my Kirollos and he did a really, REALLY awesome job. The shop is very cool, small touches that make it stand out like free soda/coffee/water, I don't know what the nice smell on the hot towel was but it was very nice, the shop was clean. I really enjoyed and recommend this place!

The shop is well decorated but I had a horrible experience. I had to fly out to Brickell for a meeting and wanted to get a last minute haircut. My old barbershop was closed that day so I opened google maps and found this one. It looked good enough. I showed him the photo, the kind lady at the front had to translate for the gentleman that ended up cutting my hair completely different then that picture. They overcharged me $70, I didn't realize till I checked my bank statements. Would not recommend coming here if you value your hair.

I got a low taper fade with a buzz cut from one of the barbers. The atmosphere is great. The staff is kind, but the barbers do not know how to cut hair or fade hair. I just moved here from McLean and I was looking for a new barber and this is my first one. Horrible Experience I will never come again. The barbers have no idea how to fade or use a straight razor, things you expect from any usual haircut experience. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. But the shop was well decorated.

Badeer was awesome. In seconds he figured out why my hair has been standing up and recommended a solution. It don’t know why nobody else ever did. He explained everything about it and how to style it daily. I’m very happy with the process and the outcome. He is my guy from now on. That being said, the barber matters. The last time I went there I had a different barber and it was the polar opposite. This person was clearly new. There was also a major language barrier. Another barber had to help fix it. That was awkward. This was the exception to all my experiences there.

My Brother is a customer there and I bring my grandson whenever he’s down here. My grandson has had several barbers there cut his hair and every one of them were outstanding. We Always leave with a terrific haircut. My grandson is 10 years old. He told me when we left the shop. “That was so calming. It was amazing I didn’t feel like I was getting a haircut I felt like it was a spa!” Ana was his barber for this haircut. She was wonderful. Highly recommend CNB !!

This is my third time getting a haircut and beard trim from here and absolutely it! The team is so kind and friendly, and they made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Hany Boulej was my barber this time and truly appreciate how careful he was! Always had a smile on his face and I was very happy to be cut by him. Service was excellent as usual, ambiance was clean and very well maintained. I look forward to coming by again!

Went here for the first time, and while the hospitality was good, the actual service was very disappointing. I asked for a classic taper cut. Since the barber didn’t speak English, the front desk person explained it to him, which was fine — as long as the result was good. Unfortunately, the barber didn’t trim enough on top. After I pointed it out, the front desk had to explain again. Instead of just fixing the top, the barber also trimmed too much on the side where I part my hair, even after I told him to stop. I then asked about hair coloring, and the front desk said it would take 30–45 minutes, but I had to switch barbers because the first one’s shift was ending, which wasn't true. The new barber applied Vaseline on my hairline and explained it was to prevent color from staining the skin, which made sense. After about 30 minutes, he washed my hair — but the water temperature wasn’t properly set, and instead of checking it himself, he checked it directly on my head asking me to let him know if it's too hot. After drying, I noticed the color looked uneven and many gray hairs were still visible. The barber dismissed it, saying it was just the lighting and that it would look fine later — which wasn’t true. On top of that, there was still color and Vaseline left at the back of my head after washing. Overall, the quality of both the haircut and color was poor. I wasted $110 (including tip), and honestly, the haircut I gave myself during covid looked much better than what I got here. Don't recommend this place although the staff was polite.

Just to clear things up, we don’t have a hard shift change that forces a barber to leave you hanging. In your case, the first barber just didn’t have enough time left on his schedule to do the color, so we tried to have another barber help you out.<br><br>And about the color: we use a camouflage color that typically covers around 80% of grays, not always 100%. We also put Vaseline on the hairline to keep the dye off your skin, which is standard practice. I know it wasn’t explained fully at the time, and that’s on us.<br><br>We definitely want to make it right for you, so just reach out to me directly and we’ll fix things up on the house. Cool, Clean and crisp Barbershop they've got! I would have had just that simple buzz cut but Badeer insisted on a better cut which turned out very perfect! Their shop too has cool waiting area complete with kiosk bar for free bottled water, sodas or coffee! I'll be baaaack!😁

Badeer did an amazing job with my beard. He went above & beyond to answer all my questions and set my beats up for grooming success. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking beard care. Will definitely be going there for hair care as well.
