Unfortunately, I don’t know who gave you permission to work. You clearly don’t know how to do your job properly. Your behavior was completely unethical. While cutting my hair, you caused my ear to bleed — what should I do if this leads to a problem? The cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable.

Complaint Regarding Harassment: I was subjected to unprofessional and aggressive behavior while briefly parked near the establishment. I had temporarily parked my van in front of the barbershop with my hazard lights on as I retrieved my laundry from the laundromat next door. I was alone with my two young children and needed to efficiently manage the task. At no point did I violate any parking regulations, as there were no signs indicating parking restrictions in the area. Despite this, an employee from the barbershop exited the premises and began shouting at me, pointing aggressively, and directing profanities at me in her native language. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unwarranted, given that I was lawfully parked for a brief moment to collect my belongings. I have never been a patron of this establishment, and after this experience, I certainly have no intention of becoming one. I find it deeply concerning that a business would allow such hostile treatment of individuals in the community.

Butchered my hair. I asked for low fade and the barber gave me high fade instead and couldn’t even line it up right. Would not recommend. Also pretty expensive for bad cut.

The owner, spent 5 minutes on my hair, halfway done and she rushed to the next customer. I showed her one side of my hair is still long. She said let me cut it as you stand.....what a poor professional and customer care.

I took my son for a haircut and we had a very disappointing experience. The hairstylist had very poor manners, showing a lack of friendliness and professionalism throughout the appointment. From the beginning, there was no greeting or any effort to engage in a conversation to explain what we wanted. The stylist seemed disinterested and rushed, leading to a haircut that was neither well-executed nor in line with what I had requested. Overall, there was a lack of courtesy and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this barber shop based on our experience.

There isn't a zero to give. I recently moved to this area so this was the closest one to me. The old lady's name is Jennifer B. I explained how I wanted the cut and she started trimming my hair with my back was facing the mirror and me facing the exit door. I told her I wanted the sides and back short but just a little trim on the front. My hair was long up to my nose, but she cut it and made them above my eyebrows. At that moment I decided I won't come to this place next time. At the end she handed me my glasses and when I checked the mirror it was a mess. Probably her hand had slipped and I could see my skin on the upper side of my head. I got pissed off but she started blaming that my hair is like this and that. I asked for a manager but she told me it was her shop. I told her she has to fix it or I am not gonna pay her and then another barber to fix her mess. She got physical started pushing me then locked me inside the store. She called the police and when police arrived they told me I have to pay even if she missed up my hair because it would be theft of service but I can put a complaint to barbers association where they get their license. She refused to show me her license but Police made her to show it and told her it should be on display so everyone could see it. It is a temporary expired one from 09/30/2022. If you go here you would end up looking like a clown and a trash hair and you will lose your money too.

I usually do my laundry next door and during the process , get a haircut. Today I was waiting for they to open sitting outside and the lady kick me out of her front space saying that I’m not allowed to seat there. Push the chair out of her front business. Very bad neighbor or maybe races. Don’t know but I have witnesses on my side

Not a pleasant experience at all. Lot of missed spots for shave and haircut. How can you miss huge spots for shaving? They also screwed up my hairs so bad that… they cut is not even close to be symmetrical. Also, how do you make this many mistakes when I am the only customer in the shop and you can take all the time to do it right? Not a pleasant experience. I don’t think i will be back.

No frills, no nonsense stylists. After living in Korea for a few years I totally knew what I was getting into. The kind woman who cut my hair and I had a miscommunication that led to a conversation about what I had failed to explain initially. She spent the extra time fixing it with grace and expressed behavior that impressively focused on service recovery rather than how frustrating of a customer I must have been so early in the morning! They have a TV, good mirrors, ample seating for when you wait in line, and it looks like some toys/books for children. Prices in the photo are up to date with this post.
