Been booking with Saif for a few months now, and his cuts are always great. He doesn't rush his cuts and ensures I leave satisfied with my cut. I really recommend him

My Barber Never Showed Up… If you want to get a cut here, just know you may have a barber that won’t show up… I scheduled an appointment at least a few weeks in advance, with Tony Cash, on December 24th, 2025, 10:00 AM. The Appointment was confirmed. Fast forward to December 23rd, he sends me a text saying “Gabe can we do noon I’m outta here late tonight lol.” I told him that was cool with me. The next day, I texted him an hour before our appointment asking if he would be upstairs or downstairs. He never responded. Then, I get to the shop a couple minutes before noon. Waiting. 10 minutes go by and some of the barbers asked who I was waiting for, I told them, and they said “he’ll be here soon.” 20 minutes go by, I then texted him asking if our appointment was still on. I hear nothing from him. It’s now 12:30 PM, and he still hasn’t arrived and still hasn’t responded to my text. It was obvious he wasn’t going to show up. When I left, I texted him letting him know I had to leave and that I hoped all was okay on his end. A few hours later, I came across his Instagram account and saw he had reposted some sport highlights on his story, just hours after our scheduled appointment! I responded to his insta story asking what happened with our appointment. To this day, he still hasn’t responded to any of messages and hasn’t done anything to make up for his huge mistake. Too cowardly to face me and own up to his mistake I guess. There’s always been a lack of professionalism you see in Wisecuts, but I could look past most of it. This incident, however, was the last straw. This incident, along side all the other negative reviews, tells you everything you need to know about this shop and the owner. They don’t care about professionalism and they don’t care about making it up to their clients when they have a huge mess up like this.

I scheduled an appointment for my son at Burke Wisecuts through the website. 50 minutes before the appointment I received a text from the barber Kebar that he was leaving early and would need to reschedule. No one answered the phone when I called the shop. Finally after 15 minutes Kebar responded that no one would be available. I do not recommend based on reliability.

Good for Genz to cut few corners of their hair but as soon as you say Beard their feet will start shaking the one who said I’m professional give more money then those junior barbers he is the one who is not professional the juniors are Best in hair none of them are familiar with beards Not recommended at all

This review is directed towards the owner “Jimmy” in hopes he reads this. Today I went in for a shape up or line up, this service was not available at all to be selected when making the appointment which is very odd to start. Upon completion of the service I asked how much would this be since I didn’t get an actual haircut, the barber stated it’s still the full $40 which is what led me to leave this review. This is cheating to your customers and lowers the bar of integrity you have for your shop. I’ve been coming here on and off since pre Covid and had a hard time because the barbers I actually trust and do well tend to leave after some time which makes me getting a cut very inconvenient. Came back here a month or so ago and found someone that actually did a good job but after today I don’t think I will return because cheating customers out of what they actually got versus paid is not right. If I knew the line up or shape up would still be $40 I would’ve gotten my usual skin fade cut, I only didn’t do it this time because I recently had to shave my head for religious purposes so I just needed a shape up till my hair grew back more. Running an honest business starts with the integrity you and your barbers hold. I was satisfied with the service delivered but this specific mark is what lead me to leave this review, please take this feedback into consideration.

Anthony is the man! 🔥💯 Had to wait on another barber tho for like 30 minutes before I got him. $40 was a pretty good price for the quality cut.

Raphy is the best barber here. Highly recommend you go to him because he takes his time with his craft and is super friendly. I’ve invited multiple ppl to book with Raphy. Great vibes 5/5 and he’s reasonably priced
