Usually a 5-star. I've been coming here for 20 years. Today, worst haircut I've EVER had. Guy, first chair on the left. Couldn't understand even repeated requests. Don't have him cut your hair. To top it off, dismissive, not apologetic. STAY AWAY.

Out of the six people that have cut my hair at this location, I have only received a good haircut from two of them. So if you get your haircut by them, then it's a good deal. Otherwise you're just throwing away your money. Regardless if you set an appointment or walk in, you could be waiting over an hour to get your haircut. There is no reason to who is called next and they will serve their "regulars" before you even if you have an appointment scheduled. The staff is nice enough, it's just frustrating to wait so long to receive a not great haircut.

Overall ok. One issue the owner should learn that if you advertise first come first serve. Then that should be the policy. He seems to have a weird hybrid policy that can confuse customers. Can be frustrating

Worst place to get the hair cut. Lady screwed up my kids hair cut and was showing attitude when asked to correct it. Smells like smoke inside the shop. Horrible experience. Never coming back to this place.

I have been getting my hair cut here since they opened about 18 years ago. They are always friendly, convenient and do great job cutting hair!

I've been here a few times and usually get what I want, but I never get the same person twice. The last time I went I showed a picture of the haircut and beard trim I got the previous time, which I really liked. What I got though was not the same as the picture. More of my beard was cut off and shaped differently than I wanted, and the haircut wasn't that great for how long it took. I guess it still looked okay, but not what I had shown in the picture.

horrible service! I would like to give it less than 1 star, I took my 2-year-old son to his haircut as usual, he liked to go because they gave him candy and he never moves while he gets his haircut, I paid and left but until we got him into his car seat we realized that his ear had been cut off, they didn't even have the decency to tell us and when he returned to claim me he said oh it's just a small cut, I'm sorry there's nothing that can to do and that will not happen again, I replied it will not happen again because I will never return, it was definitely a big cut and a horrible horrible experience
