The crew at cut collective couldn’t be any better! I’m always welcomed with a smile and always walk out with a great haircut! I’ve been going to Brian for a year and his skills are undeniable. I have a very short pixie cut and Brian always has my fade looking pristine while also talking with me about how I want my hair to look each time. He listens well and is great to chat with in the chair!

I had a horrible first time impression. I scheduled my hair cut on Sunday at 2 pm with Carlos. He took so long with the customer that he was working on and completely ignored me. I waited for 20 minutes until he came and got me. He did not apologize initially and act like it is normal. After I showed him my dissatisfaction with the time frame, he was still acting like an ignorant person and started arguing with me. He keep asking me "Do you want hair cut or what"? Are you kidding me? I am 60 years old professional male and not a 5 years old kid. After 5 minutes of me talking to him he vaguely apologized which was not sincere at all. Also, the receptionist was also rude but later apologized. Somebody need to tell these people that the Customers who come there pay their bills and they have to go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy when they leave that place. Also Carlos did not even thank me for my business after I pay him even $10.00 tip. Who these people think they are? I was completely disrespected and will never go this place again. Horrible horrible first time impression. The more money these barbers make the more ignorant they get and forget about customer service. Every other place I go to, the barber is waiting for me patiently and clean the chair and greet me with passion. As far the hair cut goes, I had much much better hair cut for less than half of the price I paid. I spent $50.00 including $10.00 tip for 10 minutes hair cut which did not worth more than $15.00. If you decide to go to this place be ready to be disrespected and spend outrageous amount of money for simple hair cut.

Dude, I can’t hype Arthur up enough. I’ve been going to him for a while now and I leave happy every single time. He really takes his time and focuses on exactly what style you want. Super detail-oriented, insanely talented, and on top of that he’s friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience amazing. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thanks Arthur — you’re the man!

These guys do NOT know how to cut hair. I came here years ago and all the barbers were grown men who knew how to cut hair. Now it’s a bunch of kids who can’t trim a beard. My beard looks like a two year old trimmed it. Uneven with chunks and unbalanced cut. He didn’t trim the mustache or upper lip. My beard is an absolute mess. I had to tell him twice that one side was uneven and he still couldn’t fix it. I knew I was in trouble when he slipped with the clippers twice and spent the entire time working on the right side of my beard. This is for mop top kids who don’t care what their hair looks like. Stay away. Period. I should've walked out when I saw a bunch of young and inexperienced “barbers” but I gave them a chance. Never again. This place is not the barber shop it used to be. Sad. My hair cut looks like Leo from Shutter island. This is not a place for grown men to get a haircut. You can’t cancel because they have your card on file and will charge it. This is NOT a barber shop. It’s a collective of kids playing barber. Any good reviews are from their friends. No way anyone else thinks this place is legit. This feels more like a training school than a barber shop. This is quite simply the worst haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. I won’t be back.

The barber was young and I don’t mind people practicing on me but it was obvious they’d never done this service before. The issues : He forgot to use the straight razor on my neck and used a brown paper towel from the bathroom to wipe the shaving cream off of me which is definitely gonna make my skin break out in the coming days. He also left a wet towel on my shoulder for 5 minutes which soaked my shirt. Wish him all the best but the other guys in there should’ve helped him out. Also I could not adjust the tip after service since I booked online and they charged my card 45 mins prior to the appointment.

Brought my husband here for his first real haircut (aka not just clipping the whole thing at one length) and Gerard absolutely crushed it. I showed him a few inspo photos and let him do his thing and it came out perfect. Can't recc enough, will def be back!

The good reviews are from their friends or buddies. I didn’t know anybody there, and try to Go to newer places I haven’t heard of, the inside is decently nice and modern, it’s just the actual service and customer service was not good at all, like high schoolers or college students who seem to not have a license or training, it reminds me when I was in highschool and the cool kids used to huddle up in a group and talk and or ignore, whilst getting the haircut I did have a decent convo but not to wear the person made me feel comfortable, the haircut was average, I went for a beard cut and haircut, shorter then I would like, but not bad, it is better then any of these 70-100$ places yes but for the cheaper end, I would most likely not go there again, they did the hot towel which i love but did not order and they charged me for it, a hot towel

I’ve been to a lot of barbershops, but this one stands out. The service is consistently excellent — the barbers take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you leave looking sharp. The shop itself is clean, comfortable, and has a laid-back atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. Whether you’re getting a simple trim or a full cut and beard lineup, they do it right. You can tell they care about their craft and their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a go-to spot!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting The Cut Collective multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a truly enjoyable visit. Arthur, at the front desk, stands out with his warm and inviting personality, ensuring every guest feels at ease as soon as they arrive. Brian, who cuts my son’s hair, is an incredibly talented barber. Not only does he have exceptional skill, but he also has a remarkable ability to connect with my 12-year-old. His manners are impeccable, and he engages my son in wonderful conversation, making the entire experience enjoyable for him. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention that goes into every detail. Overall, The Cut Collective provides excellent service, outstanding talent, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch grooming in a comfortable and professional setting.
