Sam is genuinely the WORST barber I ever got. Everyone else seems good. He needs to be trained properly or fired. He gave me an uneven haircut all around and kept brushing my hair over and over and over to straighten my CURLY hair, making it super frizzy and awkward to cut. He spent more time trying to straighten than he did cutting it. Clearly not trained to handle different types of hair. So disappointed.

I used to love this salon, and was a frequent customer for a good year or two. And always worked with Sara. But my last visit was super humiliating to say the least. Sara started with giving me a shorter haircut than usual, and then she was super pissed when I didn’t look happy. Went on to straight up ask me not to come if I didn’t like it, and blamed my hair being curly as the culprit. Like heck no, hair is hair, and you are the supposed “Hair stylist”, so stop blaming customers for their hair, and learn to do it right.

I’ve been going there for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly, professional and gives a great haircut. Prices are reasonable and the shop is clean. Sarah is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

This today was the best haircut I got in years,and it was my first time here.If there is a man who want good modern long hairstyle Sara is your best bet and for really cheap price also!I would give 10 if it was possible!!!

I’ve been coming to get a haircut here for years however today was unacceptable. I made an appointment with John at 6:30. When I walk In during my scheduled time he was still attending to a customer. I’m reasonable in waiting an extra 5min or so however it becomes unacceptable when the time reaches 20+min after my allotted schedule. To make matters worse, the other employees in the establishment began laughing at me and John made no effort to try to reassure that he was finishing up with his current customer. Needless to say I left and will never be returning to such disrespectful establishment. It’s a shame because I’ve always enjoyed getting my haircut from Sarah. The other employees unfortunately need to do better

The way they handle reservations and walk-in customers is absolutely ridiculous. We had to switch chairs 4 times between stylists even before we were able to get the haircut started. It's like they want us to leave and only come in when we have a reservation. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Definitely not going to return. I'd rather find someone else near by or learn to give my kids a haircut by myself.
