Genuinely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’m not even angry, I’m just upset that the next 2 weeks of my life I’ll look like an idiot. The lady obviously can’t understand the difference between a medium fade and the highest “fade” I’ve ever. She started chopping my hair off the top even though I said none off the top. Thanks a lot.

Phillip was outstanding. He is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and meticulous in his work. He took the time to ensure my haircut met my expectations and didn’t rush the process. The pricing was reasonable compared to other barbers in the area. From my observation, all the staff here were nice, polite, and respectful. Phillip is available on Sundays, and I will definitely be returning.

Always a great experience coming to Telegraph Barber Shop! I have been coming here for several years now and am always happy with my haircut. It’s a clean barbershop with great service. I usually get my haircut with Kelly, the owner, and she always takes her time to give me a great haircut (i get compliments on it!) and make sure that I am happy. All of the other hair stylists do a great job as well! I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone in the area who wants a great haircut at a good price, along with good clean service.

Kelly is an amazing barber. I’ve been getting my haircut here for a while with no complaints whatsoever. She is a wonderful barber. It’s also a very friendly atmosphere and everyone is a joy to be around. By and large, great staff and great haircuts. Highly recommended.

This is your hole in the wall barber shop that does great work, at a fair price. I always see Ms.Kelly. She is very thankful for her customers business, reliable with the clippers, and gives me a nice low fade each time.

I was in the military for 20 years and had hundreds of haircuts. Kelly is far superior to all of them. She is a Rock Star. She is very nice and has a great personality. Very friendly. She is a very professional barber. You must visit her barbershop on Telegraph Rd or in the Rose Hill Shopping Center. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. And the hot towel on the back of your neck is the finale of a fantastic experience.

I don't usually try new barber shops but this one was exceptional with their services. Very satisfied with the way they handled my cut and they were very delicate when shampooing my hair as well. Although some of the staffs weren't very fluent in English, I could see how they were trying to keep a relaxing atmosphere for everyone during my cut. Will definitely look forward to coming back next time!

Great place for a haircut. Kelly, the owner, is the best barber I've ever had. Never rushes and always meticulous. Will give you a great cut as long as you convey what you want. I use to hate getting haircuts but not anymore. Ask for Kelly, you won't be disappointed.
