Really good haircut with military discounts. Got a the full service straight razor shave. It was awesome. All for under $50! Best shave I've ever had.

Mount Vernon is a very good barbershop. I was referred by a friend. The place is very clean and booking an appointment is easy. I highly recommend Vuong who cuts my hair so nice and clean. I have been looking for a barber who knows how to cut my hairstyle and Vuong got it, that’s why I always choose her. She is very patient and professional. She always greets you with a smile. I live in Maryland but I don’t mind driving for 40 minutes because of your excellent service. I also recommended this place to my friends. Kudos!

Experienced stylists/barbers that do not try to upsell products. The pricing is very reasonable and customer service is decent. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour if you walk-in or book an appointment last minute.

🙏 I’ve been at Fort Belvoir for 2 months. Found out about the Barber Zone from a coworker. The best haircut I’ve received since I left Bragg. Great staff, attitude and clean shop. Kid friendly. I will recommend to all my Soldiers.

I have lived near the Mt Vernon Barber Zone Plus for several years but did not notice it until the chain hair cut place I used to go to closed down. I went here for the first time today and was VERY impressed with the level of service and how friendly the staff was. The price was very reasonable for the level of service too. I will be going back for as long as we live down the street!

Look no further for a quality barber; this is the place you need. Excellent service and extremely friendly staff who care about each customer. The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality service you receive. Hair cuts are superb, each consisting of a straight razor finish and neck massage with a hot towel. I come here regularly and plan to continue to do so. This is the epitome of what a small business should be.

I’m the type of person who will try different barbershops until I find the right fit for me. I’m picky on who cuts my hair and how. I don’t really know how to articulate exactly what I want, I just know it when I see it. I came to Mt Vernon Barber Zone about a year ago for the first time and immediately knew this was the place for me. They’re talented barbers who are really friendly. I’ve been visiting these chairs roughly every two weeks since my first visit and haven’t never walked out dissatisfied. Give them a try and see if they’re right for you.

36 5 star reviews are not wrong about this place. Only one guy cuts my hair at home and while working out of town I needed a cut. I visited here and a few minutes into my high cut skin fade I knew she was on point. The cut was 45 mins long, a tad bit longer than I’m used to but after the straight razor and scalp and neck massage, this place has become the best place for a haircut in the United States. I wished I lived closer to come here on the regular. They do not disappoint and the pricing is on point. Do yourself a favor and get your hair cut here, and you will be satisfied. Military discount available.

This is a great barber shop for the whole family. The folks that work there are very welcoming and friendly, as well as being very skilled barbers and stylists. It is a family owned business and their rates are very reasonable and lower than you will find at the big chain shops. The cost for most services is posted on a wall chart, in case you are too shy to ask. They also offer reduced rates for military service members. The same barber has been cutting my hair for a number of years and she always takes her time and does a great job. These folks really want you to be happy and to keep coming back.
