Luis cuts are wayy to clean. Every other barber does great work from what ive seen also but Ive only gotten my haircuts from Luis so ofc imma hype him up the most lol

Didn't even get to go in and extremely disappointed. My fiancé scheduled an appointment online through Booksy, the site that is *linked* to Fresh Cuts' Google account and was charged $40 for a haircut in advance in order to make his appointment. Received a confirmation text AND email for Saturday, December 6th at 9:30am at this location. We arrived 10 minutes early and the shop was closed, even though the sign on their door (and Google) says they open at 9am on Saturdays. Went downstairs to the beauty salon and the nice woman down there called a shop owner or employee who had no idea that there was an appointment scheduled. Don't pay for a service before it's rendered, especially from a business that doesn't know their own scheduling system. We heard this shop had good reviews but definitely will not be trying this place again. Know before you go. Edit: The owner commented on this post, which I cannot comment back on, "assuring" us that we were not charged for the service but we were. Now we have to dispute the charge to get our money back. So frustrating.

Hello, the Booksy account automatically scheduled your appointment and we recently updated and changed our shop hours as well. I can assure <br>you definitely weren’t charged. Booksy takes down your information to secure your spot, not to charge it you then come in and are charged for service. We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you. I brought my three kids here today for haircuts ($25 youngest and $35 for the other two). Overall, the barbers were professional and very customer-friendly. A special shoutout to Walter, who was very attentive to detail and made sure the cuts came out just right. The prices are fair for the service provided. The only area I’d suggest improving is cleanliness—while I understand the shop gets busy and customers are waiting, the floor had quite a bit of hair. A quick sweep between clients would go a long way in making the environment feel more hygienic and welcoming. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend them, especially for their professionalism and customer service!

Hello thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that you are pleased with the haircuts for your children, and moving onto the hair on the floor as you mentioned it was a very busy day and the hair on the floor was from the clients each barber had in their chair at the moment which was cleaned up shortly after the service. Walked-in on a Saturday, Mauricio took care of me. He made sure I was satisfied with my haircut, really efficient, and professional. Second time coming here, will continue to come back, and definitely recommend.

I'm one of those guys who stay loyal to a barber shop or a particular barber. I moved to VA 4 years ago & I had trouble looking for a place that cuts my hair right, as I have a particular style of long hair and short sides. One to this place one time & never looked back. This place knows what they're doing when it comes to cuts & facial cuts. They'll clean you up right, edge without pushing back, and spray cologne for a fresh night out. Highly recommend! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean and kid friendly. Me and my two sons were very satisfied with our haircuts. I just moved here from Germany and this barbershop will be me and my families permanent shop. All the barbers are elite and able to get you fresh no matter what style you need.

Walter did a really great job. We needed a last minute cut after just moving to the area and we chose randomly based on google reviews and proximity to our home. We picked correctly. My son loves his haircut and Walter was very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend this Barber and will be coming back.

Wonderful job in hospitality the guys there make you feel like at home, Mauricio is the best I’ve been coming here for over 4+ years and he’s never failed me. All of the guys cut amazingly, if you are in the area and in need of a cut GO TO THEM and not to forget they also one best barbershop in the area for 2025! These guys are awesome and highly recommend them!
