Kim gave me a wonderful haircut, and a wonderful conversation. I popped in as a walk in and was helped promptly and by the end really wished I lived in the area to have this as my regular barbershop. Since I was visiting on business the stylists and other customers (who were also really friendly, a great credit to Virginia) gave me some great recommendations for eating and shopping.

Kim just gave me an amazing haircut after I let it grow out way too long. She gave me great advice on what products to use to keep it from getting dry. Will definitely go back, highly recommend

I will honestly say this was one of the poorest interactions that I've ever had with a business, both on a personal and professional level. I made an appointment over the phone. I showed up. Kim refused to cut my hair because it was long 🤣 Kim sort of fussed around but then made it very clear that she didn't want to take the time to cut my long hair and rushed me out the door when a walk-in arrived (older, affluent looking Caucasian man with little-to-no hair) instead of honoring the appointment that I had made. She was also quite rude and chock-full of microaggressions. It was a highly unpleasant experience-- this is not the kind of business that should be supported, in my opinion. --An industry person

Kim is amazing! She’s so kind and always in a good mood, which makes every visit such a great experience. She absolutely knows what she’s doing, especially if you have wavy hair. She takes her time, pays attention to the little details, and makes sure you leave happy. Plus, she doesn’t overcharge like a lot of other salons in Old Town. If you’ve got wavy hair, you need to go to Kim—she’ll take care of you!

Normally I don't leave alot of reviews but I felt compelled after getting my haircut here. Kim does a phenomenal job. She's personable, welcoming and does a fantastic job. Kim explains her thinking and has a great attention to detail. $30 for a men's cut, and takes cards. Found my new barber.

I got a men’s haircut for around $30 for 30min. Kim is the best stylist for men! She has a good eye for stylish hair and consulted me on slight changes to my requests. Overall, the haircut turned out amazing.

Kim is wonderful! I've been getting my haircut at Supreme Barber and Salon for about 4 years now, starting when they were named TLC. She knows what she is doing, listens to what you want, and provides excellent value for her services. She gives you her full attention and also makes you feel comfortable. I loved my last cut that Kim gave me - a beautiful, nicely shaped, layered bob with great volume. My hair is naturally wavy and curly and she knows how to give it the perfect shape. Kim is also very responsive and is always able to see me even with short notice. I would definitely recommend Kim to other women looking for a great cut at a good price (she cuts men's hair as well). I am glad I found a reliable salon. Thank you, Kim!

Kim was phenomenal! Truly a magician. She dove right in with such speed and tenacity all while completely meeting each of my specifications. Her confidence and efficiency show with her experience and I definitely will be returning as soon as I need it. Both myself and my girlfriend were amazed with her work and I’m sure you’ll find yourself comfortable and in good hands with this place as well. She is a hairstylist and barber which went a long way with my head, don’t doubt no matter what hair your dealing with she is awesome!

My husband and I have both been going to Kim for over a year now and we're always thrilled with the results. Kim is so attentive and kind and she really takes the time to create a beautiful result for her client, whether it's a cut, highlights or color. The products she uses are high quality - my hair always maintains the same brilliant shine in between sessions despite many washings - highly recommend!

My husband and I have been going to TLC Salon for almost a year now. I see Phillip for highlights a cut (photo attached!) and he has his hair done every four weeks by Nancy. The care and the attention we receive every time we walk through that door, makes us love our salon visits. The way we look when we walk out that same door makes us feel like a million bucks!
