Chris always accommodates to our schedule and does a great job on my 5 year olds hair. He’s efficient and everyone at the shop is professional and clean.

I had an appointment they didn’t address me when I came in. Then after 5 minutes a female asked if I had an appointment then said I was more than 10 minutes late to my appointment which I wasn’t. Then asked if I wanted to reschedule with my barber and the appointment as for any barber. She assumed “my barber” was the African American barber. This barbershop used to be diverse now they seem to only take business from certain demographics. I will not be back. Very disappointed.

Hey I apologize for this experience, the lady that spoke to you was just doing what the barber told her when she communicated with him, still this shop is always pushing to accommodate clients the best way possible in a timely manner and if it didn't happen this visit I will definitely follow up with this . on the app it said who you booked with and it has the barbers name which it was the person she mention for 4:20. The appointment had the name of the barber you mention who is "African American" . I'm sorry you feel like she "assumed", she only did what the system showed and what the barber you booked with communicated <br>thank you for your feedback

Everyone is amazing and the shop is clean. I love my barber and always leave satisfied never once have I disliked my haircut.

Recently moved into the Colony. Its always difficult to find a new barber and to settle down for a permanent barber. Fortunately for me I took a shot and got my hair cut at impact cuts. Saw their reviews and pictures of happy clients and loved their work. My Man Dean was my barber when I got my hair cut and he did a phenomenal job at not just cutting my hair but also making me feel welcomed. Will get my hair cut from this location as long as I live here. 5 stars!!!

I've been going to Chris at Impact for a couple years, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Every haircut is done with precision and care. Chris really takes the time to understand what you're looking for and consistently delivers exactly what you want. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a top-notch barber who knows their craft, I highly recommend Chris.

Very nice and clean establishment. Chris cuts my hair here and does a fantastic job! His attention to detail is 100%. What I enjoy most about him as a barber is that he doesn’t rush! I recommend him if you need a crisp haircut at this location!

I went to see Chris for the first time and he did a great job cutting my hair. One thing I like the most is he takes time on perfecting the type of cut you ask for without rushing. Great service and also great conversation while getting a haircut. Highly recommend his service.

An exceptional barbershop experience. Clean, great atmosphere and friendly environment. My boys’ barber, Erika, goes above and beyond to make sure their cuts meets our expectations and are perfectly faded every single time. With her, you can expect quality and consistency.
