Took my dog here they bathed her she smelled like a literal dog shelter horrible smell. She looked clean and deshed pretty well but she was still a little damp. And they don’t blow dry the dog they literally have an industrial shop fan that dry the dog in the back like cmon use a real hair dryer with heat to dry the dog. She just smelled better before I even took her there. They also charge more money for using a credit card and should have mentioned that so I can bring cash.

Didn’t cut my pets nails … my puppy is a Shih Tzu went in with no hair knots came out with so many knots … n got charged 68 dollars .. rip off never again .. no bow or scarf n almost forgot to spray him to smell good … place smelled of urine

No groomer would take the time to “create” mats on a dog that came in without them, it would take a long of time 😆!! <br>That’s why your review loses credibility from the start , and there’s really no point in reading further.<br>If this is coming from competition , I’d suggest being more creative next time !!

You need to call Customer Protection Attorney, do not bring your dog, stay away from this place, they also charge more and wont call you, if they cant cut they need to call customer and cancel. No sense of pressionalism and rejected my payment and Warned me they will call Authorities and call if theft, the way they handle this matter is complete joke, no respect for animal and no respect for customers, please save your time and money DO NOT come to this place, your money is better spent somewhere else. Also report to the General Trade Comission, barber shop is a joke, asked for 1 thing they decide to do it their own way.

So I went to this place a few months back for the first time. I didn’t leave happy. I posted a review and immediately an employee contacted me and expressed their regret and even offered to give be the next cut for free. I decided then I would give the place another chance, maybe it was due to my Spanish not being so good that there was a barrier in understanding of what I wanted. This is now my third time going. As a matter of fact my baby Vida is over there right now. I didn’t accept the free cut, I paid, and it was worth it. I’d like to say that not only is the service good, my baby looked great afterwards, the staff is friendly and my baby was feeling herself. I do not regret going back. Great price, great staff ( basically looks like it’s family ran) , great service, and the best part is literally 4 minutes away from me😂. Thank you Ms. Barber Dog for the service

Miss Barbra dog did an excellent job with my Shih Tzu. She listened to my instructions. I came all the way from Houston 40 miles away to Katy, Texas, just to get her trimmed And not butchered very happy I will be returning.

Estefany took such good care of my little baby!! He came out looking so clean and polished, you could tell he felt great. They were super fast and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 would definitely recommend! We left our fur baby coco for a week with Ms. Dog Barber. I can't tell you how much I loved receiving daily updates with pictures and videos of our coco. She was taken care of just like if it were there own. I am very happy❤️

Wish I could review this place no stars and leave it at that, been coming here to groom my schnauzer 3 times and have his perfect cut given to him since it was closer to us and more cost efficient, every single time we go here we tell them specifically not to trim the beard at all, we do all the maintenance at home and do everything possible to keep it long and beautiful and they manage to somehow always ruin it. This pictures on the left is what he looked like before and the after picture is on the right, then proclaimed to tell is “this is what the schnauzer is supposed to look like we didn’t want you to come back and say we did a bad job if we didn’t cut it, it was only a light light trim” if you want to go to a place where they don’t listen to you. Give them the haircut they THINK is best fit for YOUR dog and then proclaim to say you told them specifically you ASKED yourself for that cut, go to this place.

I loved the results my baby was also super excited at pick up which has never happened at other shops. Staff is extremely nice, accommodating, and fast! We have found our new favorite grooming shop! Absolutely recommend this place we will be coming back.
