I love this place I been going here for about four years now and not once have I been let down! I used to dread going to hair salons scared to what they might do to me and how I may leave, since I met Mariela I LOVE HER and her awesome talent on how she makes me look magical every time! She cuts my youngest daughters hair as well and has done an amazing job, knowing how to work with all different kinds of hair textures!

Great if you want to be overcharged because they think you don't know Spanish and you want to feel terrible about yourself because they left your hair looking like a rag. Never coming here again.

Place is very dirty and hair clippers don’t get sanitized. You can see how the place does not get cleaned thoroughly at least from time to time to include the bathrooms, no toilet paper ore napkins. Took son to get a cut and he came out with a rash from dirty clippers, which is the reason why I am putting this review.

I have not been to a salon in a year and a half. This is so close to my home I thought I'd try it. Monday afternoon and there was no wait and no appointment needed. My hair is beautiful but took several hours. I will go back since it's so close.

We have been there twice and have had a bad experience each time. You go In sign in on the journal entry and wait. An hour later we notice new people come in and they get serviced before us! Wait a minute jack what's going on right so i go check the journal and those people are not appointments. So now I'm asking questions and apparently they pick and choose who they service so what they need a sign in for!

They do not honor there signs in sheet... which is first come, first served. Been here for 3 hours and the lady I’m waiting on to get a hair cut has skipped me 5 times already... either by someone who has made an appointment, which she hasn’t told me that there people in front of me in line OR she sees someone she knows and lets them go first... and at the end she doesn’t even charge them! Really bad customer service... why have a sign in sheet if your just not going to look at it or honor it!

My sister got her hair done there and like 3 or 2 days later her hair color is not the same it looks the same color she originally had it and spent all that money for nothing.but dang we could’ve went to Sally’s to buy the hair dye cause that’s where y’all buy y’all supplies (hair dye)!!! And charge so much and we can go on our own to buy it y’all just some cheap asses‼️

After years of having people mess up my kids hair, I finally found a place that did not mess up their hair. Very clean and fast service. I'm very happy with the service here.

Nope, I asked the stylist to cut my bangs, she said she did not think it would look right if she cut them the way I asked. She suggested she not go back any further because my hair should not look right. Really she just made me feel bad and I thought I was supposed to go to a salon to feel better. Not very talk-a-tive and not so friendly.
