I needed another haircut/fade for my job and Jospeh got me right once again! I went with a high fade. The environment was great, they had great music playing I made a whole playlist using Shazam! Thank you for the haircut. I will recommend.

The lady did my son’s haircut and next day he developed infortunio on his scalp. It’s a dirty place do not go here

Skin can react within a day, especially in kids with sensitive scalps. True infections usually take several days to develop. All of our tools are properly cleaned and disinfected between every client, but we recommend seeing a pediatrician or dermatologist to be safe

When you can hear the music From The Outside. It is way too loud. We are not up the club. I wish I could have enjoyed a nice conversation with the Barber. Even heard what his name was so I could come back. The cut was great. But the environment was terrible. I had my family with me with kids. The music that we're playing was very inappropriate in the language that they were using. It's not very family welcoming. I would have got all my kids. This haircut done that day. But with the music, I felt very uncomfortable. And we left so I didn't get to spend as much money as we wanted to maybe give it one more chance to see if things have changed in a month

New young barbers do not know about customer service. Went with son, the barber that did my son’s hair, finished 1st and told me. “ can I get my paper so I can go “ so I had to stop get up and start a payment. Sit back down to finish. Then I asked for my barber to adjust my fade. And when I went to pay he tried to charge me $40. Psi these two did not have their license posted so I’m guessing they weren’t licensed like the others.

Great barbershop! They always gave me clean, precise haircuts, and the young barber there was especially skilled. I always left satisfied. Highly recommend this place!

the fade is good but as far as coarse hair goes (4a,4b,4c) i dont think anyone there understands that its not the same as cutting straight hair so once again I got a terrible haircut. I've been hoping to find just one good barber for 2 years now. TLDR: if you dont have straight hair. dont do it

We appreciate the feedback and are glad you liked the fade. Barbering focuses on fades and shape, while detailed trimming and length manipulation on longer hair-especially with significant shrinkage-often falls under cosmetology services. The concern appears to have been the top length rather than the fade itself. We're always open to discussing expectations beforehand to make sure clients get the service they're looking for.

I have tried to teach my kids the value of finding a barber they like and sticking with them, which is why we drive 20 minutes (past many other shops) to Top Rank and have tried to be one of Joseph’s regulars. On our last visit we were introduced to another barber before realizing Joseph was there. When I asked if he (Joseph) could take my teen, he said he had customers lined up, yet he sat in his chair on his phone the entire time and never cut anyone’s hair while we were there. The new barber did a fantastic job and completely turned my teen’s day around. He mentioned he may not be at this location in the future, but we would gladly follow him. While Joseph has skill, customer service matters just as much, and this experience missed the mark for us.

They messed up my son’s haircut for back to school. His fade was crooked and I asked for only a 1/2 inch trim and the lady cut a whole inch off. We called they offered to correct the fade which was cool. The barber who “fixed” it cut more off the front making it even shorter and it gave him a bootleg Edgar look. We have been coming here for a while and as much as my son liked this shop we won’t be back. I thought they were going to fix his haircut not chop it up some more.

I visited at 8:15 PM and they still took me in, while another shop down the street turned me away, saying they weren’t accepting walk-ins after 8. The music was great while getting my haircut, and there was no forced chatter like at other barbershops. The haircut was clean, the environment was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place! Came in as a 4, left feeling like an 8! The best part was that the barber actually asked how I wanted my eyebrows. He cleaned them up just a bit and then checked if I was happy with that or if he could go shorter. Great barber!
