Most spectacular haircut experience of my life. My grooming specialist Michelle gave the best haircut service of my life and everyone else was awesome. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. If you have a Gent’s Place near you check it out as you won’t be disappointed.

Went in for the first time and had an amazing experience. From the great whiskey selection and even better conversation with Emily, to the exceptional haircut by Michelle. I will definitely be back.

A great place to get top notch luxury male grooming and meet or network with like-minded professionals. The staff is absolutely professional and go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. Invite a friend or family for a day to check it out. I took my son here and he was transformed.

The gents was my favorite place to grab a scotch and let my partner relax. Now I have to worry about Kylee asking way too personal of questions my husband and our lives. I believe she wants more money from us. We are older and I am not comfortable with her asking about how we made a living for ourselves. Also two other stylists that I don't know the names of, I've heard, hit on the other members for bigger tips. Do not let your spouse in this place. The manager is covered in Botox and I find her untrustworthy.

I look forward to my visit to The Gents Place every month. I get to kick back with a drink, catch some football, and then get a fresh cut. The stylists are always friendly and make it easy to relax, and I really appreciate that my appointments always start on time. Excellent experience; Michelle gave me a great haircut, shave, and shampoo, all amidst a wonderful conversation. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we discussed options, and she cut my hair perfectly on the first try. I was also very impressed that the company automatically gave me a 50% discount for my first visit; I didn't ask, they just automatically deducted it from my bill.

Today, I had my appointment at 3:55 PM with Michelle. I specifically asked for a trim to remove some volume, clean up the edges, and cut the “tail” of hair I had in the back of my head. I also made it clear that I wanted everything done with scissors only. However, she used clippers on the back of my head and cut the hair shorter than I asked for, which I did not like and never requested. On top of that, they didn’t wash my hair or remove the cut hair afterwards, even though this is part of the service I’m paying for. This was my fourth visit here, and I was surprised and disappointed by the service this time. Another thing I don’t like is that every time I come, a different person attends me, so I have to explain all over again what I want, and each person leaves my haircut looking different. This time was the worst of all a very bad decision to come. The haircut looks like something for an old lady, and I really did not like it. What bothered me the most during the haircut was that when she was moving my head, she pressed her nails into my scalp. Her nails were very long and sharp, and I could feel them scratching my head, which was uncomfortable and painful. Her nails were so sharp that they even tore the gloves she was wearing. I don’t think this is professional at all when working directly on clients’ heads. I don’t know how many other clients might have had the same problem, but I do feel the need to leave a review to share what I experienced. When I went to pay, they insisted on selling me a yearly membership. I declined because I don’t want to commit to a place in case I have a bad experience like today. When I said no, the receptionist’s facial expression made me feel as if she thought I couldn’t afford it, which is not the case ,I simply don’t want to tie myself to a barbershop. I left feeling unhappy, and sadly, I cannot recommend this place after the treatment and service I received today.

I happened to find this place after trying over a dozen barbers. Tiffany does my beard, and she gets it perfect every time. The overall atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. I enjoy coming here so much that i decided to purchase a membership and even a box to leave some bourbon. The networking events sound like they're going to be great, and I'm looking forward to attending the next one. I highly recommend this place, and if you have a beard, ask for Kimberly or Tiffany
