Janelle was great! She took the time to ask questions and understand exactly what my son was looking for regarding his appointment. She checked in multiple times throughout the cut to make sure he was happy with the outcome. I appreciate that she didn’t rush the appointment simply because he was a teen.

Had an amazing cut with Benaiah, the best one I’ve ever had. Super funny and made sure I was comfortable, got the lines super sharp to the point I didn’t think he could!! Also added extra spray just because he could, 100% recommend using him

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I got a haircut yesterday, but the barber was extremely rough and ended up hurting my neck quite badly. The area is still sore and there’s a real risk of infection, which is very concerning. I already filed a complaint directly at the shop, but I haven’t received any response. This level of care and follow-up is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately to prevent future incidents.

I’ve been using service cuts for my son for years, but his barber left all together. I checked the barbers at this location even though it’s far from home. I have scheduled an appt with Christine on 2 separate occasions because my son has stick straight fine hair I needed someone with experience with it. Both times I have shown up for her to be gone. The first time the guy tried to help, but it was uneven, bowl shaped, and just not good. This time I refused and I just won’t come back. They do not courtesy call if your person is gone.

This is a high end (use to be) barbershop offering quality hair cuts at a reasonable price. The facility is really nice and the chairs are very comfortable. My barber, Shawn was very professional and gave me a great haircut. I don't know what cream he used on my scalp but it feels great. Update: This barbershop must have changed ownership or management because during my last visit, I received the worst service and haircut ever. I felt like I was unwelcome at this establishment, and I will not be going back. The prices aren't reasonable for the service received.
