Been coming here for years. Mo always takes care of me and always does a diligent job. If you want a barber that’ll work with you when you’re not exactly sure what you want or how to describe what you want, the team over at Northstar Barber does a fantastic job. Great atmosphere too.

There hasn’t been a time where I’ve walked in feeling like “ I’m here for a haircut “… it feels like I’m coming to see friends/and or family. Extremely professional yet still makes it feel like a home/hangout for anyone. Insanely great show shining that I trust no one else with. Anybody in the shop will have you feeling like a million dollars. Every single time I leave with a haircut from Sam, it’s nothing but compliments, and “ WHERE’D you GET YOUR CUT?! “. Aside from being an insanely good barber, he’s definitely a friend. Everyone here deserves much more than success.

I’ve been going to Northstar Barber Shop for a while now and Sam has always been my go to guy, he’s super professional so you know he’ll get you looking right and he also knows how to hold a good conversation so you’re not sitting there awkward. I’ve never gotten a bad haircut from him and he earns every cent he gets. It’s nice knowing you can go to a place where they treat you like family and care about how you leave the shop. Highly recommend checking this place out and setting up an appointment with Sam.

Moses and every barber in the shop is top notch and the best in the city. Moses has been my barber for the past 5 years and I’ve NEVER had a bad cut. His crew is also very professional and skilled. It’s a great classic place that I can go by myself and take my boys when it’s time for their cuts. Best Shop in SA, you won’t be disappointed

Sam did an AWESOME job on my father’s haircut. My dad came town on a visit and said he wanted a haircut. I said, let’s try this place since I see them cutting men’s hair when I wash my car. Walked in without an appointment and they took my dad in real quickly. Sam cut his hair really good, paid attention to detail and kept making sure my dad was happy with the results. Sam does a great job. Customer service was great. All the staff was very friendly. I recommend this shop.

When I was looking for a new barber shop, I searched on Google and came across North Star Barber Shop. I decided to give them a try, and man, am I glad I did. These folks are awesome! They make you feel right at home from your very first time going. Sam cuts my hair and always does a fantastic job, giving me the exact cut I'm looking for. Sam is very attentive and patient. He takes the time needed to give you that perfect cut. Please give these folks a try. You won't regret it!
