If you’re looking for a great haircut, this is a place to be. The staff is so friendly. Miss Myra and Nolan have taken care of us and welcomed us with great hospitality. They take their time to make you feel welcomed and make you look great. Both my boys are very happy. I highly recommend this place even when they’re closing if you’re walking in, they still open the doors for you and make sure you leave looking and feeling great. We will return for more future haircuts. Thanks team. You are awesome.

Got my hair cut by Mj herself the owner. She was great and the environment is all inclusive to any shape size color or form. Would highly recommend.

They are best there is around here for great fades and overall haircuts. Today was the day that changed. I asked for a med fade and little trim, which I indicated the length using my finger that I would like to have taken off. I like to have my hair bulky as it sits well that way for being between wavy to curly. I was given more than a trim. Which is completely different from what I asked for. I’ve been going to the same person for my haircuts all this time, and he completely messed my hair up today. Cutting over 2 inches is not a trim. I really love this place but today’s experience has been very awful.

Had MJ clean me up something nice yesterday! She knows how to provide great service but also is very detailed. I'm not an easy client. I'm picky on who I have cut me and I've been here for years now! She's assisted many since I've been here and no matter who's here it remains a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. I encourage everyone to check out the shop. PS. For any skeptical, I'm a black man and many through the years couldn't edge me up right or nicked me regularly. Not MJ. She knows her work and teaches others too! Highly recommended, check her out if you haven't already!

MJ Blade and Hector are the best in San Antonio! It’s not even close. The attention to detail and skills are very good. My bald shave was the best experience with the steamer, hot towel, skin routine, etc.. I will definitely only go to this shop. -Mike

Hubby and our toddler came here for a haircut 💇 we loved MJ’s attention to detail and her wonderful personality is an added bonus that made their experience enjoyable.

Love! Love! Love! First I want to say that all the barbers here are super friendly. I Googled barber shops near me and took a chance here. I lucked out by getting Rey! She did an amazing job on my hair, especially since my request was out of the ordinary, but she nailed it! Communication was great and the follow through was top notch. I'm just so excited that I walked out of a shop with what I wanted. I think I found my hair person!!! Book with Rey and maybe you will too!!!

Just moved here to San Antonio and needed a new barber. It had been at least 2 months since my last cut. This will definitely be my go to place. Ask for MJ/Maria if you want a good cut and a good conversation. She’s pretty funny.
