Koo Kutz was referred to me by a friend back in 2023 and any time I came to SA for training I made sure to stop by! Now that I live here I won’t go anywhere else for a hair cut but this place. They have the best service and best atmosphere and are also very kind to the kiddos!!!

Oscar has been cutting my hair for 5 years now and he does a great job every time! No complaints! He goes above and beyond to give the perfect cut and beard trim every time! Great customer service!

Found the perfect barber for me and my son! Great experience along with great environment and very partient. Best cut I’ve seen and gotten in all San Antonio. Oscar is the one I will always recommend everyone to go to!!

I recently got a high bald fade and beard cleanup from Jonnie The Barber, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jonnie’s attention to detail is unmatched—he nailed the fade perfectly and made my beard look sharp and clean. He’s not only skilled but also super professional, taking the time to make sure everything was just right. Hands down, one of the best haircuts and beard trims I’ve had! KooKutz is a really nice barbershop. The place is spotless, which I really appreciate. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Plus, the parking is super convenient, which is always a plus. Overall, it's a great vibe and a place I’ll definitely be returning! 5 stars for Jonnie!

This barber shop always gets my haircut good. they go above and beyond to make you look great. the shops clean and open later hours. if you need a haircut go here. they also take walk ins and on Monday and Tuesday they have a deal.

I take my son always as a walk in due to being a single mom with a Neverending schedule and they always take him in with little to no wait. Staff is always kind and helps us pick what my boy gets almost everytime. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. Establishment is clean with relaxing and inviting vibes. Highly recommend 👌

Not Happy. My 2 previous experiences were positive. I got a different barber and he Overcharged me by Double. It is half off on Mondays before 4 pm. I was in before 4pm but he finished with me after 4 and charged me for full price plus tip. I called him out on it and he stated that he did not get me into the chair until just after 4. I disagree, but he was the one charging and would not change it. Horrible Customer Service. This how a business LOSES CUSTOMERS. As the owner was not there I was not able to speak to anyone regarding this egregious treatment. Also, there was a lot hair almost all the way to the door on slippery flooring that can lead to accidents which violates several codes. If you value Customer Service, FAIR Pricing, and a safe location to go then KOO KUTZ is NOT the place to go.

I mentor a young man who needed a haircut for his first job interview, and a close friend recommended Oscar at Koo Kutz. Oscar was absolutely exceptional! My kid was thrilled with the results and left feeling confident and ready to tackle his interview. I can’t thank Oscar enough for his professionalism and skill. My barber is Andre’s and I’ve been with him since he was at the barber college so that’s been about maybe 4 or 5 years already . I cannot find anyone who can cut my hair the way he does , very professional and super humble. The barbershop is super friendly and very helpful when it comes down to appointments or walk ins . The atmosphere is very chill and laid back definitely should go check them out fs 🤝🏽
