It was trash. Will magically faded one side of my head, but forgot the other... And as I tried to start a conversation I met with nothing. So I'm just sitting there awkward getting a rough haircut. I guess he felt my energy or something because after the haircut he said "you don't have to tip me." I still gave him $15 on top. But the whole customer service and haircut itself was wild, to experience that was wild. I hope he reads these reviews & betters he's service instead of getting upset or numbing out to them. Trust me you got it but need to find the passive in the cut again or something brother

Went to the barbershop the first time ok experience getting my son haircut. Booked on their site for an appointment with Will. Showed up on time want there. Called repeatedly. Never got one phone call. Called today. He tells me he is getting irritated because I was trying to reschedule an appointment and he acted as if it was an inconvenience to him that I couldn't come today. When I booked before on his website. Even if he was sick as he claimed he could've contacted his customers. Whole business was shut down during business hours. And he acted like because his deposit are only $5 it isn't nothing. He should've been contacting customer.

Settled for a mediocre haircut due to the fact I was not liking how the barber was operating. This was the 5th haircut on my 1 1/2 year old and never was I told to restrain him at any barbershop. This was seriously the worst experience we've encountered thus far.. One side is significantly shorter than the other,the back is crooked and theres a spot on his head that looks almost bald. I wish there was an option to post pictures on here. The only reason I came here was because Richards barbershop was closed. Would 100x recommend going there instead of here especially for little boy haircuts.

Needed a Cut early in the Morning and I seen the doors open glad I checked it out because Will was there and ready to serve. He welcomed me in very Professionally, he calmed me down with conversation and current events and went on to give me one Hell of a haircut!!! Will really set my day in motion and I would recommend this place to anyone friends and family as I have!!!

I went for a haircut they took like a half an hour to cut half my head. The entire time my barber kept stopping to talk with his coworkers. And at the end when I went to pay tried to steal 5 dollars from me.he said the hair cut off was 25 and I gave him 40. I saw him slowly count out the wrong amount of bills but I thought I saw wrong. So I went back in to confront him. I didn’t notice at first until I counted and went back to the store and the same man tired to hand me 3 dollars. Then looked at me and noticed I noticed and added another 2 dollars. I regret I even tipped. I will never go back to this place again. I also asked my roommate to rix the back of my hair that messed up. I was in the military for 5 years and used to get this hair cut every week for 11 dollars. And I got the worst cut for twice as much and had a guy try to steal from me.

This review is for a men’s haircut experience and written from my husbands POV: Came here for a men’s haircut. Walk ins are accepted. Maybe it was due to COVID but the staff here is limited. The lady that worked here really, REALLY took her time. Total wait time for a haircut with 2 people ahead of me: 1.5 hours. $20 for a haircut looking like a bad buzz cut when I asked for a medium fade leaving room at the top. I have never had such a horrible haircut or experience. The lady pulled my hair and yanked it hard while snipping away and it hurt. I would never recommend this place or come back again.

I bring my 2 boys here for totally different cuts and I absolutely love this barber shop!!! It's so big and clean. Both Will and Joseph do an excellent job. If ur looking for a new barber and want good atmosphere COME HERE!!

Without a doubt the best barbershop I've been to in years. Will makes sure he knows exactly what you want before starting and leaves you satisfied every time. Try it out if you've had bad experiences before and need a place that does it right the first time.

I walked in without an appointment and was kindly greeted by Will and Joseph. Will took me right away and made sure to ask me exactly what I wanted before starting. Will has great attention to detail and the fade came out absolutely perfect; I have no idea how he was able to do it so quickly. You are getting a barber who is truly passionate about his craft when you come to In the Cut and you will never go anywhere else again.

Haven’t paid for a haircut in over 5 years after a few bad experiences but thought after I met one of their barbers promoting their shop I’d give them a shot. I called in and will made me a appointment and did a great job. Will be returning.
