Just got back from my first visit. George listened to my concerns, gave suggestions, and once agreed he went at it. As others have said, a true craftsman. I just had the best haircut ever! Do yourself a favor and visit The High End. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and absolute professionals! My haircut place from now on for sure! 5 stars!

Mustang was a consummate professional and really provides a great service. Ask for a high end service if you need a break and to relax a bit. You'll thank yourself later for it. Look good and feel good! Definitely a highly recommended barber shop and they're hard to come by.

Exceptional quality and attention to detail from start to finish. George is a true professional—great conversation, meticulous work, and an overall first-class experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and upscale with no wait at all. George did an outstanding job with the straight-razor shave, eyebrows, and a clean, sharp trim. If you’re looking for a high-end barbershop that delivers on craftsmanship and service, this is the place. Highly recommend—will definitely be coming back.

Mr. Franco was absolutely fabulous with my 2.5 year old. From the moment we walked in all the gentlemen made Rowdy feel special. One brought him a sucker, one wiped all the hair off his face, and another told him how good he looked. This was by far the best haircut experience we have had. My husband also had a wonderful experience. Both my guys look so handsome! We will most definitely be back!

We had such a great experience with Moe! They did an amazing job with my son’s haircut — it was stylish, clean, and exactly what we asked for. My son can be a little nervous about haircuts, but Moe was so patient, friendly, and made him feel completely comfortable. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work. The cut looks awesome and has gotten so many compliments. We will continue to go to Highend barber it’s my fav!

An absolute delight and a true professional! I happened to walk thinking I’d get a simple cut. Mo did the works, complete with eyebrows and other details that made me feel like a new man. Outstanding service throughout in a clean, high end environment. Honestly, I don’t think anything else in San Antonio stacks up, and I’ve gone to my share of upscale barbers. You’ll be glad you treated yourself.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Nelvette for about 11 years, and I can honestly say she’s the best. She’s not only great at what she does, but she also brings a personal and professional touch that’s hard to find. Every appointment feels relaxed and fun because she has such a good vibe—you can tell she truly enjoys her work and cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen to what you want, gives helpful suggestions when you’re not sure, and somehow manages to make it look even better than you pictured. Highly recommend!
