Vivi did a very excellent job cutting my hair to look DAMN GOOOOD I SAY as well the beard trim to make me look like a model jk but overall very excellent would recommend again and definitely coming back to Vivi again mucho gracias

Don’t waste your time unless you have an appointment. It was four hours until closing and I was told that there was one individual ahead of me with two employees just standing there…after hearing I did not want any premium services they said they were booked for the rest of the day. By there signs they charge twice as much as the other local barbers. Try Over The Top nearby. You can walk in and are half the price as Diesel.

Put it this way. I live in New Jersey and make every effort to time my haircuts so that I can get them done by Viviana at Diesel the Dominion Oaks location in San Antonio. She’s a superb stylist, to say the least. Also, the environment is so enjoyable and relaxed. I even enjoy the retro arcade games and the beverages. Wonderful service and experience!

Scheduled an appointment and let them know this is for an important occasion. I came to the store and they told me that a person walked in before me and now that I need to wait 1h for me to get a haircut. Not only that, the reception guy said its not his fault (he said he just came in) and that it was his Coworkers fault and that she is to be blamed. This all looked very unprofessional and also quite disrespectful the way they spoke to me. No apologies is the worst part for me. I felt terrible and I drove a long way to come here. I won't recommend this place in the future.

I’ll keep it to the point. Barber: Vivi. I asked for a razor/skin fade with about 1/2” off the top. My haircut turned into something almost equivalent to a bowl-style fade. After getting a better look of it outside the shop, there’s many strands of hair not faded. I’m not a typical person to get upset over hair, it grows back. But for the price tag of $50, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If the stylist didn’t know how to do a fade, just say so. That’s ok. Needless to say, I won’t be back there again.

I booked 2 appointments for my kids the people that work there are so amazing they did such a great job and went above and beyond Dolores did a great job with my son she gave him a mullet and Eli gave my daughter a beautiful pixie cut couldn't be anymore happier
