This my first time posting from my experience at deluxe barber college . I use go there an get a bald head with beard trim . On one particular day I brought my nephews in there with me to get 3 bald fade haircut . And I informed the barber my nephew was very tending headed . I waited In the wait area an my other nephews were beside me . They had got their haircut done . No one at that college got me . I had to use the restroom quickly, an after I got out. I check on my nephew . He was crying. He told me the clippers hurt . I stopped the barber an left the shop. They didn't say anything to me An also one of the managers in charge . Used to make slick jokes while other staff laugh. I was raised to come in anyone business respect their business in life no matter where you go. Ive been in texas 6 years . I refuse to every go there again . I didn't wont to go off on him like he so rightfully deserved.

This Shop usually never disappoints. I’ve been with the shop since 2019 and what a disappointment today! It literally took 2 1/2 hours to give me a mid bald fade and when finished it looked like shit. What really bothered me is I’ve known some of the same staff since 2019 you would think that holds weight in this business setting. I do appreciate the effort was given to solve the problem.

Love the atmosphere and the students are very good even though they're still learning. By the way Danny is a very good and professional barber !!! Definitely I'll follow him wherever he goes after his graduation as a professional barber. 👌

I brought my disabled dad here to get his haircut. He was recently diagnosed for the 3rd time with cancer and is battling other illnesses so he’s been depressed and not wanting to go out or keep up with himself. Anyway, we get here and were greeted at the door and they took my dad right in and gave him a terrific haircut. Everyone was so nice. I’d like to especially thank Will for getting my dad to perk up. He hasn’t smiled in months. I almost cried watching him laugh and joke. Thank you a million times for your exceptional service!!!! I’m so glad we found this place.

Took my son for a cut and the guys were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the instructor Will and Caleb who cut my son's hair for doing such a great job. We will definitely be back!

I’d be willing to give this place a chance again. I loved the atmosphere here and I know a good atmosphere in a barbershop generally means good cuts. But the cuts were awful and they struck out three times in one day. I came in with my two boys on a slow Saturday morning a few weeks ago, the place was empty and we three got seated immediately. The students who handled my boys tried and the student who did my hair told me he would rather be in real estate. The three of us had messed up cuts that I had to get my wife to fix. Honestly I brought my kids here to keep my wife from having to bother with it, that didn’t work out well. Our hair was cut different lengths all over, the blending was choppy and uneven. Hell, the student that did my hair didn’t even cut my sideburns. I looked like a goof paying for our sloppy cuts and tipping the three students. I would really appreciate it if the instructors came and viewed their students handiwork because what walks out of your business IS your business. And no one should have let us walk out that door looking like we did.

I came in today with no intentions of getting a fade and a beard trim, I was typically going to get a #2 on top with a #1 on the sides like I would at a SuperCuts or GreatClips. Today there was a guy cutting hair named Mike and he was really cool, we talked for a while, during my haircut and he talked me into getting my fade and doing a beard trim and it came out really good, he took his time and was real precise on everything. He paid attention to the details from the haircut to the beard, and the instructors or nice woman and gentlemen that work the front, are very polite as well. Thanks Mike for the haircut and thank you to the school for the great prices!

I was unable to take my son to his regular barber this week and was frantically trying to find someone to cut his hair for school. A quick Google search showed that this Barber College was not too far from my home so I took my son in for a simple "edge up". It was a great experience. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Mbaka, run a great business while providing a valuable service to the community. I met one of the instructors, Pedro, who was extremely knowledgeable and personable as well. The young man who ended up cutting my son's hair, Tony, was precise, took his time and showed great attention to detail, and did an impeccable job. He was also very professional in his appearance and demeanor. And get this... ALL haircuts are $6!! Youth or Adult. (Just make sure you leave the students a nice tip because... I mean... what a deal!) I also spoke with several of the students and they all seemed happy to be there. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend!
