Came from out of town wanting to check this store out, they have everything in there great store only thing is terrible I mean terrible customer service, first thing I get there 30 min before they would close and it was locked they opened it telling me they close in 15 min… then I’m looking around and they are just staring at me with the look like they wanted me to leave then when they were going to close in 15 min they started shutting things down and they asked me just to do card so they won’t have to count the cash. terrible experience

My all time favorite place to shop for my haircut studio. Amazing selection, they let you feel and hold clippers which is amazing. Great selection of products and everyone is super helpful and great. Shipping is super quick also. Best prices you'll find!!!

Great customer service. Whenever I need something for my barber needs I always go to a Alamo first. Fast Shipping. Great prices. If there is ever any problems they make it right immediately. Honestly I never buy things online but was really looking forward to receiving my order. I was really skeptical at first. But then after looking at several reviews and I ended up actually calling the stores several times. Spoke to several different people that we’re honestly very polite. And I live in Houston. I got my order in less than two days. so honestly, thank you to the staff and everybody that answered the phone whenever I called. I will highly recommend this place. 100%.

Visited this place about noon time midweek. You have to be looking for the building on the corner and parking can be tough. Inside the building was completely filled with everything a barber, stylist or cosmetologist would want. Supplies were everywhere. 3 persons were working and they were helpful. I paid 21 dollars for a brush...more than I've ever paid but I hope it's going to be worth it. If you're in the market for these types of items, I'm pretty sure you're going to find it here.

Order some items to see how fast will they ship it to me. One of my order was out of stock, within couple of minutes I received a call from them telling me the item i ordered was out of stock. They refunded me and sent me my other order. All in all costumer assistance is 5stars. Shipping is great as soon as i ordered they shipped it the same day. I received my order 2days after i put in my order and for that ill hive them 5stars. Quality and price of the items i ordered was great! and they are one of the cheapest compare to any other competitors and for that, i give them 5stars. I would definitely share and spread a great company like this to everyone.
