I can’t say enough good things about our agent, Brenda Balmheart! She never fails to quickly answer all my questions but she even proactively answer questions I didn’t know I would have. I have been a customer of this agency for almost 2 years now. The team always does a great job in working with my policies making sure I have everything I need in coverage and also finding me the best rate and qualifying discounts. Maddie is great to work with, very professional, detailed and has great follow up. If you are not with Steven Barber’s State Farm agency you are missing out!

I am on day 2 after the big disaster at my Rv park where my trailer was destroyed by the wind and rain. And my agent has acted timely and very concerned about our loss. Give thanks to Taliah at the Barber State Farm agency for he and her colleague responses as we continue to get over this Disaster in which we lost everything.

Steven Barber's State Farm office has been terrific these last few weeks as I deal with a total loss claim on my car. Brenda has been able to provide solid information on the status of everything, follow-up to make sure I was given all of the latest information and was SUPER prompt in getting my new car added to my policy while sitting at the dealership.
