Great interaction. The barber was able to accommodate for my wheelchair all while giving me the same standard of cut as everyone else. Thank you and the cut was amazing.

I tried to tell the barber what kind of haircut my boyfriend who had no idea what to get and I was rudely dismissed and laughed at while I asked if they knew what a burst fade was.Mind you I had asked a few places and they had no idea. I was told by someone else what we should try so i needed more information. Then I was told to send him in. When I again tried to talk about the haircut again. he asked me how old he was. Very unprofessional. Our kids were sleeping in the car so we all couldn't come in. We ended up paying for an overpriced burstfade with a mullet back. The mullet part is what I was trying to stay away from if he would have just talked to me. I tried to explain he will leave unhappy and won't change anything. They didn't care said to send him in and dismissed me. I understand he's a man but, anxiety keeps him from asking questions or asking for changes. He was told to look at himself and check it over. His anxiety kicked in and he paid for it and we left. We got home and he is unhappy and there was hair still on his neck and around his ears. We will not be back. I'm sad because I saw it was veteran ran so I was hoping for better customer service and better understanding of anxiety. Edit: notice the owner is posting personal information and wants to post it on the internet. On top of that I'm not sure where alcoholism and racism comes in. No where did I disclose any shape or form of that. I said we "asked" not that we visited many. I merely stated Veterans should understand anxiety comes in my forms. We definitely won't be back truly unprofessional all around.

Your boyfriend stated that he had been institutionalized at 13 years old for wanting to harm himself and others!!! He told me that in the chair. I am not a psychiatrist. I did my best to try and understand what you were asking for your boyfriend. I have never had a grown man get a haircut that couldn’t explain for himself what he wanted. If he had a mental illness, that should have been expressed before sitting in my chair. You all could have came back in to tell me to cut the back. As far as me being a veteran, not sure why you brought that up, but maybe figure out a way for a grown man to express his on ideas is a better way to move forward in life. That has nothing to do with me. Youve been to multiple shops and no one can get the cut right, maybe it has something to do with the way you explained it. I have the whole event recorded and will post to social media as there is obviously some type of racial bias and alcoholism involved. Please don’t come back. 786659 views

Was out & needed a cut, I stopped on by to try the place out. Really friendly people working here they greeted me right away & i was able to get a walk in spot really quickly. I like a simple cut with a low fade but I’m picky about a few details. Michael listened & did a great job the cut came out how I visioned it & the price was fair & reasonable. Will come back. -Cole H

Went in to get my afro cut off and Michael was professional, friendly, fast, and efficient! He made it look better than my inspo pic, the hair cut framed my face better. I definitely recommend and will be a returning customer for maintenance.

I’m new to the area and it’s always a struggle to find a new barber especially if you have curly hair. Let me just say Michael Sterling and the Options crew were incredible! He knew exactly what I was looking for and knew exactly how to perfectly taper my curly hair. It was easy to make an appointment and easy to pay, just a perfect barber! Thanks Michael!

If I could give them zero for CUSTOMER SERVICE I would. Kennedy is sweet but Michael is rude, disrespectful and wants to argue. ALWAYS LATE, always want to deflect then you raise your prices $60 the day of. I understand your website says as you say prices are subject to change but $60. Then you’re running 3-4 hours behind and don’t give no one a common courtesy call. You wanna bring up the fact that my son was late one time (5 minutes)because there was an accident right there in front of your shop but you were fully aware of but don’t wanna take accountability for the countless times y’all been late over and over and over again, and not only that late on peoples appointments by several hours.

You have been coming to our shop for over 2 years, we have tolerated you the entire time. You have 3 no call no shows on record. You insulted my daughter Taylor the last time you where here because you were late again. We do our best for good customers and even rude ones like yourself. But we dont want you back. First time Great Experience Michael is very friendly and informed me of everything he was doing to my hair. Advised me of getting a filter for my shower to help with my dry hair and skin. Very comfortable facility. Family owned Everyone was super nice and cute. Michael is a great stylist and they do ALL KINDS of hair and hairstyles and braids and cuts..and..and..and.. Very affordable too $$ I will be back.

Taylor did mini twists on me and I kid you not that was the best experience I’ve had, as a tender headed girly of course I was bracing myself for the pain that I knew would come, but as soon as she started working and I felt close to no pain I was truly shocked since usually I would be able to feel every single tangle and knot (also not to mention how light-handed she was when twisting my hair, I could feel barely anything at all). she was so helpful and told me everything I needed to know while making it easy to understand since I am a first timer! 100% recommend!!
