They could atleast update or call people that made reservations. This has been my go to place since 2021 but its like a Rollercoaster with them It would be one good visit then two horrible ones after. I never get to book with the same person, they all leave. The last time I was here Joe saved my hair. I booked my appointment with Joe since he did a awesome job. And now this, the shop is closed due "to maintenance" If I remember correctly the other barbers in the past would mention the shop being closed due to not making the rent at times. I'm guessing that's why they all have left in the past. No consistency. They could of atleast called and told me they were closed again. Time wasted. I don't think I'll ever come back. Probably will go to the sport clips from now on sadly.

Star city is a good place for a hair cut, had a good experience. They played some good jams to listen to why your getting a cut and everyone was nice and very respectful. Plan on goin next week. If you don’t have an appointment it’s cool they take walk inns and don’t worry all the barbers cut pretty good.

I’ve been to a lot of barbershops,but this has been the best barbershop i’ve been to in the area ,Their service is absolutely breathtaking,I usually go to jimmy and he does top notch work over here , but when jimmy’s not available on rare occasions,i still get taken care of no matter what every time from other barbers at this shop, all the other barbers up here are amazing! The shop is full of life and will make you feel right at home.

Had to find a new barbershop after my barber moved to Houston and their shop closed up while I was out of town for business. I did a walk in here and got my hair cut by Haizey. Best haircut and beard trim I've had in a long time! I will be coming here from now on. Shop is clean and prices are fair. It's cheaper than my last barber so I'm not complaining. I was only waiting for about 5 minutes before getting taken back. Highly recommend.

I usually never leave a review, but I came in the other week with my brother. I had made an appointment with Carlos and I was left speechless. such a great job on the haircut, such a great looking environment, and all professionally done. Definitely a great experience, will be coming here from now on.!!

I just moved here from Denver a week ago. I don’t even care that this place is about an hours drive away because Jamal got me so right it’s unbelievable. I really mean this when I say it, I just got the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Haircuts are so hit or miss for me because I have naturally fine and straight hair but I swear to god I’m gonna be fighting the ladies off of me now. 100/10 highly recommend. Haircut so good your wife’s gonna make you wear a hat everywhere cause all the sudden you’re Ryan Gosling

Walked in today. The place is clean, and they have some decent guys cutting, but unfortunately for me, I got the new guy with an attitude. Tried to explain to him the importance of asking questions about how I wanted my haircut. Instead of listening, he got an attitude with me. He did not try to do my front edge up because he assumed I did not want one. Also, when I pointed out the fact that I know my hair and how it should be cut, he stated that he is the barber and he knows best how to cut my hair. Arrogance and attitude will not get you far in this industry. I won't recommend this place, especially that barber to no one else. He sits in on the right front 3rd chair by the owners' sit. He did not tell me his name.

First time there. Shop had a good and welcoming vibe. Jamal did an amazing job. I got exactly what I asked for. He met my expectations. Did a great job for my son as well. We will deff come back again. 100% recommend.

I don’t usually review but I had to bring this up, got my haircut around the start of January and this dude who cut my hair did it poorly, didn’t give me the cut I was going for. dude would grip my hard hard for no reason, if you wanted me to turn could’ve said so not grip my head like a basketball. Worse of all he didn’t sanitize his clippers and gave me a barbers rash that got infected. Some of the staff where nice and the place seemed to be promising but this first time experience ruined it. No hate for the barber who did this but I hope you do better for your next clients.
