The ladies at Bazooka Charlie's did an amazing job on both of my sons' haircuts! They were kind and helped the boys relax and open up about what hairstyle they preferred. The ladies took their time with the boys and the results were outstanding! My youngest son, who has ADHD and sensory deficits, walked away from what is typically a high stress moment, and told me that he can't wait to come back for his next haircut.

Brought my son in for a haircut. Everyone was very nice and did a great job cutting his hair. Clean place and good service, highly recommend!

Robert is an amazing barber. He cut my 12 year old son's hair and my son could not stop grinning of happiness of how his haircut turned out. Robert is the man to go to for teen boys haircuts.

The employees were prompt and courteous the location was well lit and clean and the music wasn't so loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation with your stylist. I've visited this location before and Mindy has been my stylist each time I go. She does a fantastic job each time I've been.

Today was my first visit to Bazooka Charlieās and it went great. The stylist did a great job on my hair(donāt remember her name), she was very thorough and super polite. I will definitely be coming back.

Was 15 minutes late to my scheduled time. I understand that you might not be able to finish my haircut and beard trim. You tell me you can't finish the beard trim. I understand and reschedule. Why is it that im being told that if you're late, that the appointment is canceled and your charged for the appointment. I did not know this and was 15 minutes late as is. So instead of calling to reschedule you rather charge and cancel my appointment. I will never be back.

Hi Alex,<br>Weāre never in the business to lose a client. If and when we mess up, Iām the first one to take accountability, own the error, and work to make things right. We get that things come up ā life happens. However, in this case, Iām finding it hard to pin any blame on us. Our barbers are paid to be ready for your service time - not to sit and wait because someone showed up extremely late.<br>Our late policy is clear ā and has been in place for years. Itās no different than any other business that holds appointment times. Once that window passes, the appointment is forfeited. That time slot canāt be filled last minute, and the barber still gets paid for being there, ready for you ā which she was.<br>We respect our teamās time just as much as we respect our clientsā. Thatās what keeps things running smoothly for everyone. Youāre always welcome to walk in and wait for an opening if that works better for your schedule.<br>Sorry we let you down, and hopefully once the emotion of this wears off, youāll realize why weāre here in the first place ā you didnāt make your dedicated appointment time. My son absolutely did not like getting his hair cut until he started at Bazooka Charlie's with Juan! He always wants his dad and I to style like Juan does for school. Really wonderful!

I took my 2 year old for his 4th haircut. Heās screamed and cried at every other place Iāve taken him and there was not one tear here!!! He also has a ātougherā haircut as we keep it cut like a modern mullet but with baby hairs. She was SO good with him and was so patient and had the best energy. The search for my kids hair place is over! Wonāt go anywhere else!

Juan was so kind and gentle with my daughter, who just got out of the hospital. She was in need of a good hair wash and he delivered!! Love the staff and owner of this place - highly recommend them!
