Had a last-minute appointment with Tonio at Lombardo’s — recommended by my father-in-law — and it did not disappoint. Tonio took the time to understand exactly what I was going for and delivered a sharp, tailored cut that exceeded expectations. Great atmosphere, great service. I’ll definitely be back!

They got rid of Scott will never be back…. Actually this has everything to do with the services of your establishment because Scot is the only one there that was good and knew exactly how to cut my hair. Everyone else I saw there had no idea what they were doing including yourself. CJ are my initials I have been to your establishment many times. I do not wish to contact you because you are being very unprofessional with your responses and I’ve seen the way you act and talk inside of your salon to your employees and customers after they left so I do not want to speak to you. And you are showing everyone who reads this exactly the type of person you are.

I’ve been going to Lombardo’s since it opened. I’ve gotten to know the people there and it’s is by far the best salon in the Canyon Creek/Prairie Creek/Cottonwood Creek area at minimum, if not the best in all of Richardson. When I moved my young family to the area there was no debate on where we will be going for this service; my wife and kid love the place and it’s nestled in a beautiful open air shopping center with restaurants, spas, antique shops, ice cream shops and an outstanding atmosphere. I would recommend anyone who lives within the Creek Areas of Richardson and Plano to Lombardo’s Barber Salon. You will not regret it at all

Incredible service. I always feel comfortable telling Chris exactly what I want. His focus, patience and extreme attention to detail always leaves me feeling completely at ease while I'm in the chair. I won't go to anyone else. I drive 1.5hrs to get to Chris.

I have had two haircuts with Chris And they have been absolutely fantastic each time. The first time was for a beard, I have never been taught how to shave or maintain a beard, and he was absolutely wonderful at educating. He gave recommendations on what tools to use at no profit to himself and taught the different angles and different methods for actually maintaining a beard. Extremely thorough and knowing what you want in a haircut and extremely gifted at conversation. Let me preface this by saying the only time I hate talking more than during a haircut is at the dentist and usually love to be left alone while getting my haircut but not with Chris. Talking with Chris was entertaining and jovial, so much so that the haircut wasn’t long enough for us to finish our conversation - THATS HOW GOOD IT WAS. Extremely agreeable gentleman in short.

Chris and his team run a great shop with fair prices and excellent service. They make you feel welcomed as you walk in, ensure understanding of your haircut and take diligent notes and are easy to talk to. Would highly suggest this great local shop. Additionally, we took our son in for his second haircut after a poor experience at a children's salon. Chris took 10 minutes to get my son comfortable in the shop, with the tools, the chair and ultimately Chris himself. It was a very thoughtful gesture and we will always be coming back!

I rarely give 5 star reviews, so 4 is pretty good for me. Was looking for a new barber/stylist after the one I had been seeing for years retired. I tried this place because it's in the neighborhood, has reasonable prices, and got good reviews. Am very pleased and will be back. Christopher gave me a good haircut. Staff is friendly without being overly so. Decor and atmosphere is comfortable, very traditional and masculine, but without the dinginess and years old issues of Field and Stream of really old school barber shops. Will see how this haircut wears over the next few weeks, and may give it five stars next time.

This was one of the best experiences I have had getting my haircut. They have a passion for customer service, and delivering a great cut. Chris provided great recommendations, and education on my hair throughout the cut. He had fantastic knowledge, experience, and wisdom. The environment was clean, open, inviting, and relaxing. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I also love how they do a shave along the neck to ensure the cleanest look. Seriously, a fantastic experience and great cut.
