I scheduled an appointment and arrived right on time, only to wait an extra 20 minutes before the barber even started on me. What's the point of booking a slot if the shop doesn't respect it? To make it worse, the cut itself was noticeably uneven. The left and right sides did not match the same length. The barber kept talking about how he's been cutting hair "since he was 8 years old," which made the sloppy result even more disappointing. I expected better professionalism and skill for the price. Won't be returning, and I'd advise others to look elsewhere unless you enjoy waiting and gambling on the outcome.

Eduain was fantastic! He suggested some styles that he thought would look good with my natural hair characteristics and it turned out better than what I had in mind when I came in. Will most definitely be coming back.

Great place! I walked in today for a haircut. Edvain was my barber. He was professional, friendly, and super cool. He recommended a hair style for my hair and nailed it. It’s by far the best haircut I’ve ever gotten! If I’m ever back in Plano I’ll be coming back for another cut! Highly recommend this place and recommend Edvain as your barber.

This barbershop had a nice vibe. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Eduain was my barber and I told him I wanted to try something new besides my usual buzz cut. He did an excellent job with helping me pick a style and gave a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend Eduain and the shop as a whole.

Aubree was my barber and she was awesome. She cut my hair, trimmed my beard, and did a clean up shave. The whole experience was awesome. She knows her stuff and uses great products to help protect your skin during the shave. She also used a cold towel after the shave which was a nice finishing touch!

Aubree my stylist is the best in the world Periot! She makes me look so great, women stare at me all day. I have to tell them my eyes are here because they’re focused on my hair. Seriously guys, go to Aubree for your haircut. She is simply awesome!

I’ve been using the same spot for a year and this was my first time venturing out- Diesel is for sure gonna be my new go-to. LD did an awesome job knowing exactly what I wanted- and great conversation. Heavy recommend 👍

This place exudes a great atmosphere and boasts fantastic barbers. It’s an incredibly relaxing spot to unwind and get a professional haircut or beard trim. Sara, the barber, did an exceptional job. Her hair-cutting style was gentle yet comforting. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, but I must mention that the prices are high but so is the quality of service.

Very awesome gem of a barbershop. I had been living in the apartments close to the barbershop for about a year and did not consider going because a have really bad anxiety when it comes to barbershops and my dad was around at the time to do haircuts for me. After my father's passing I had to do something else when it came to haircuts, and lucky for me there was this barbershop close to where I live. They were very kind and welcoming and had a cool vibe to then overall. They offered me a complimentary drink and got me in a chair very quickly.I had booked an appointment a week in advance, so I can't say for sure if they would have gotten me in a chair as quickly if I were a walk-in. I had got the "Diesel Plus with Skin Fade". I told the my barber, Julian, that I wanted a table fade on all side, to which he replied, "which type"? I honestly didn't know there were different types of table fades, so I just looked dumbfounded and confused. Julian took the time to show me pictures of the types of fades and that was really awesome of him, so I could know which one I think would look best. I decided to go with the mid table fade. He was very good and very precise with my haircut. He also tried to make conversation with me which I wasn't really talking, since you know, I have the really bad anxiety with barbershops, but I still appreciate the effort he put in to try to make me feel a bit more comfortable. He did a very good job with my haircut, and when the neck shave as well. He also told me I had the hair wash as well, but I informed him, I already had washed my hair the night prior, so he took off ten dollars for me off the cut, which was really awesome of him. He also did an eyebrow slit for me, and I really liked that as well. Overall it was a very awesome experience.The haircut took no longer than about thirty minutes and I feel like that the price of the cut with all of the services included with it were very reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend going to this barbershop if you're looking to try it out, it will be worth your time.

I just booked and had an appointment at your Richardson location to get my haircut and beard trimmed for my birthday weekend. I was able to easily get an appointment which was a plus, and was promptly greeted and offered a drink. After a few moments, my stylist greeted me (I can’t remember her name). We chatted briefly about what I wanted, specifying a no. 2 fade into the top of my hair, slightly longer in front. And for the beard, to lose about half the length and clean up the existing lines. She was engaging and made good conversation. The hair portion was quick and looks good. She then moved onto my beard. She confirmed what length I wanted taken off with me and I said yes. (A bit more than I said originally but I was okay with it) My issue ran into when she started trimming on my cheek lines. She faced the chair away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what was happening. Once she was done, she dropped my beard’s cheek line by almost 1.5”, which is not what I said nor wanted. Since it was already taken off, it’s not like I could get it put back on so I just said nothing. We finished up with the rest of the services and I left her a customary 20% gratuity and came home. Once I inspected further, I found multiple beard hairs on the cheek that weren’t cut, then I found what I would qualify as the worst and most uneven neck line I’ve ever had. For a combined total of $80, I except clean lines and this is far from it. The fact I had to clean up both portion myself at home really makes me wonder why I paid to get my beard trimmed in the first place. I’m not complaining to get something out of this, I just felt the need to share this so that your shop can provide better quality cuts to other clients.
