I had a great experience at Rapattoni's Barbershop in Plano. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family. The haircut was quick and easily the best cut I've had in a long time. Michael really made the experience with his professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of his craft. I couldn't be happier that I found this place while visiting. Highly recommend.

I booked a last‑minute appointment at Rapattoni’s Barbershop and they were able to get me in within about 30 minutes. Heath trimmed my beard and did an excellent job — exactly what I asked for. He even included a neck shave, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Very polite, professional, and attentive to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is truly a man’s barbershop. The barbers are super cool guys and very good at their craft. Heath is especially good and kind to my husband. Men need a place to go that’s a great experience and that’s what happens at Rapattoni’s.

I reserved an appointment for a five star fade and that is definitely not what I received. The barber Heath made it seem like he knew what a fade was and proceeded to ask for a picture. It felt rushed and it was not a pleasant experience. It still looks like I need a hair cut..this “barber” shop seems like a salon at this point.

Since July of 2021 you have been in our shop 13 times. 12 of those times seemed to have gone well. <br> I will talk to Heath about this and get more details. It seems like there was a lack of communication. You weren’t booked for a 5star fade just the Deluxe package. This could be be part of the confusion. <br> I have personally been at the shop when you had a great time, service, and quality haircut. <br> You’d think that after 12 good experiences from 3 different barbers and 1 disappointing visit, doesn’t warrant a 1 star review. <br> Please call me at the shop at (214)501-2080 and we can discuss this further

Great choice: Recommend by PBD, my son and I have been coming to Michael and Christian for a few years now, and it’s always a great experience. They do excellent work, and the conversations are both engaging and meaningful. Keep up the good work folks✅👍👍

Best barber shop in north Dallas. Michael, Jared, & Christian are all amazing. Best experience, and old school feeling of a real barber shop. Every time I am in the shop we are always laughing and having great conversation. We took our 15 month old for his first hair cut and Jared was amazing dealing with him. I always enjoy going to get a hair cut here and have never had a bad experience.

I have never gotten a single bad haircut and beard shape up from this place! I first came to them when covid ended 2021. I was pretty skeptical about changing from a stylist to a barber shop. But I was pretty desperate at the time. Man, did the owner Micheal save me! He loved my cut so much that he posted it on the shops instagram. He always has so much fun with the fades he does on me! This is the one shop I trust to touch up my beard. And they provide such nice hot towel and close shave services. And the atmosphere is definitely a man's atmosphere. It's a safe haven for men to vent and speak their minds to all sorts of topics. And his taste in music is top-notch. I developed a great relationship with him and the rest of his staff. Which I've gotten from all of them. So I trust the whole shop in general with my hair and beard. 3 words book book book!! Because they book fast and far in advance. So, definitely schedule far in advance. They can do walk-ins only if there's a no-show client. But I absolutely love this place! I recommend this to your man in your life.

Michael and his staff are the best. You won't regret coming here. Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. My boyfriend told me that he finally found a barbershop to call home. I've loved every haircut he has gotten. Give Rapattoni's a chance you won't go anywhere else.

You know you’re in for a good experience when Christopher Walken is out front, beckoning you to come in. Rapattoni’s does not disappoint. I was in town for a visit and needed a haircut and all signs pointed me Rapattoni’s. I made an appointment with Jared. I found a super clean shop with a comfortable, easy-going vibe. Jared listened to what I was looking for in a cut and he did it. Very happy with the result. Good conversation too. Worth the price, considering what’s included. Happy to come back whenever I’m in town and work with Jared again. Great place for a haircut.
