Worst barbers ever. They aint barbers, they are mechanics. Worst at their job. If you want to get your hair messed up, choose Juarez. Literally pissed. People with 0 experience. They don’t dress your hair. They do your hair dirty.

I come here all the time to get my haircut all the time and this place is great, but I got my haircut by the stylist on number 4 he’s an old looking man(if you love your hair DO NOT go to him) he seemed like he didn’t know anything at all, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I asked him for a low taper fade and after 5 minutes he didn’t even fade me right it was even a fade he just used a #1 guard to fade and that’s it he didn’t even try to connect it and when I told him this he tried to fix it and then made it worse. I had to pay $30 for a haircut my little brother would’ve done a better job. FIRE him cause he doesn’t know how to do a simple fade.

Since I moved to East Plano, I have taken my 5 year old son here for his haircut. He loves coming here. They always do an amazing job. But this visit was more than amazing, the barbers Nelson, and Jorge did amazing on both of my sons hair. I have a 2 year old, my visit wasn’t to cut his hair, because of how bad tantrums he does, but one of the other guys (i didn’t catch his name) re assured me, and told me to try, and I did take the risk, and I am so pleased of how good and patient they are. They faded both my boys good, also my husband comes here as well. They be leaving him looking fresh as well. I always feel welcomed here, sometimes as a mom you feel awkward at a barber salon, but at this salon I always feel welcomed, the salon is very clean, they go above and beyond with customer service!

I went to request the barber that normally cut my hair but this time the owner was there and didn't allow him to cut my hair. My barber was call into the owner office and fired him on the spot. Very disgusting experience i feel that i was the cause of that by simply requesting the service of my barber of choice.

I decided to give them a try since it’s nearby my house and I have to say this is my new barbershop! Very professional, you can either walk-in or get an appointment and Pedro is great at delivering whatever fade you want; low, medium, or high fade and at a very good price. They offer all kinds of service including facial masks. Two thumbs up!

Walked in, and had received the worse hairhair I have had in a while. I asked for a fade. No technique, and low skill resulted in unsatisfactory results. My fade was sloppy, and uneven. My tape line was also done unevenly. Did not let them touch the top nor my beard. I just wanted to leave that place, and find a barber to fix a poor job done by this barbershop.

I’ve been going to Juarez for a long time and I’ve never had this bad of an experience before. I’m done cutting my hair and as soon as it’s time to pay the lady at the front desk is on her phone talking in Spanish and completely ignoring me. I wanted to ask her a question and I tried saying something to her but she still manages to keep talking on the phone and trying to get rid of me. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, could’ve been a 5 Star because barbers are good but her attitude and disrespect towards me wasn’t something I appreciated at all
