I have been to Victor for my last several cuts and he always does a great job! Very professional It’s great to have a consistent barber who can always do the work right. Cool Heads also has a very clean and modern looking shop! Highly recommended Cool Heads & Victor!

Cool heads Barbershop has been my go to since moving to Dallas in 2022. Victor has been doing an amazing job , but i go there not only because of the great work they do there but also make it personable with their friendly vibe and atmosphere. Marisol has done an amazing job managing the shop. Keep up the great work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Cool Heads! Victor did an amazing job with my son’s haircut. He was patient, kind, and made my son feel so comfortable the entire time. The haircut came out perfect, and you can tell Victor truly cares about what he does. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Victor again. Highly recommend!

Brilliant haircut. Marisol is a very talented hairdresser and a lovely person, she made me feel like I had been going there for years rather than a first visit. This is one of the best haircuts I've had because of Marisol's skill, by far the best haircut I have got going to a new place. Cool heads barbershop has a great friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend a haircut here.

I stopped by Coolheads Plano on Preston Road for a haircut and Marisol took care of me. She’s one of those stylists who actually listens, pays attention to the details, and somehow makes the whole thing feel easy. She shaped everything exactly the way I asked without rushing through it. What I really appreciated was how comfortable she made the whole experience. She checked in at the right moments, made adjustments when needed, and clearly knows her craft. You can tell she takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, consistent, and genuinely cares about giving you a great cut, go see Marisol. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

The experience was good until the end. I showed the stylist what I wanted and specifically said, “I’d like to maintain the length on the top and back.” I showed him the picture twice. Not once did he show me or ask if the length was okay. I’ve been to other shops where they pull the hair and ask, “How much would you like off?” At the end I told him, “It’s too short,” and he proceeded to say, “That’s what you asked for.” I brought out the picture again and he simply said, “Sorry.” This was my very first experience here, and honestly, I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

I’ll be polite enough not to say much, but it’s clear my beard was not trimmed evenly or professionally. Both sides don’t match at all, and I’ll have to get it fixed somewhere else. That says enough. Most of the reviews give 5 stars to have 10% off for next appointment! Maria, needs back to the kitchen and switch into something else fr.
