Great experience and great customer service. Mandy has been cutting my hair around 5 years. Now. I will not go to anyone else. I appreciate the customer service she provides.

After speaking with Mr. Johnny multiple times on different occasions, I got assured that I’ll be with a very good stylist and in good hands. Got scheduled with Mandy on a Saturday morning (Jan17). It was my first time here and I literally got pampered. Period! lol by her hair and beard fade skills, sweet calm voice and friendly personality. It was definitely therapeutic. Why? Because since COVID I have cut my own hair and know a little about how to cut my own hair lol. So the 2-3 times in 5 years where I’ve gone out for haircut , has been horrible. Hence, when I had a stylist who listened to me initially and immediately understood me correctly and giving her honest opinion and had a clear vision and plan on how to fix my hair/beard ! That itself gave me calm assurances and confidence in her as a stylist , I was relaxed. Mandy was awesome gave me tips on how to keep up hair volume high via products, how to use products and tools specific to my hairstyle. She told me how she thinks my haircut should not resemble teenagers but a business professional and she w executed that nicely. She had a vision tailored just for me… great experience!!! I even bought 2 products from her just because I liked her so much. Mr. Johnny called after for feedback and honestly I’ve never had anyone call me for a follow up especially after a haircut. His vision for the barbershop is just so pleasing and soothing “a place where men can feel like kings”. Great man-to-man conversation and great experience overall.

Mandy is AMAZING!! She has been cutting my boy’s hair since they were 18 months old. She is so patient with them. She will do whatever it takes to keep them calm until she builds trust with them. My oldest is 7 now and loves his time with Mandy. Go see her!!!

I highly recommend this barbershop! They offer top-quality cuts and truly great customer service. Mandy and her team go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I trust Mandy completely—from my husbands cuts to my little guy’s first haircut when the time comes! 💕

I have come to Fanatics for years now. Started at the old location on 35 and continued to the new one. Everyone there is professional and is ALWAYS trying to be helpful. I have a hectic schedule and try to keep a standing appointment (which I would recommend if you go there), but even when I have to go out of town for work, or have something come up to where I have to cancel and come in as a walk-in, they always try to get me in and get me taken care of. Now I will say, sometimes this means I go and sit and wait to be fit in, but they are trying to fit me in around other appointments and I think that should be understood and appreciated as that is their level of dedication to all of their clients. Cannot speak highly enough about this team and will continue to go and would recommend them 10/10.

Been coming here for years now and it’s been my favorite barbershop I have ever been to. Love the care and professionalism everyone has for every haircut and client. Mandy has been my go to for every haircut appointment and always makes sure I leave looking my best. Her attention to detail, knowledge on haircuts, customer service mindset, and professionalism make coming back to her and this barbershop an easy choice. Highly recommend Fanatics for your next haircut!

Best barber shop I’ve been too. Every other place I’ve been, I’ve had to go home and fix the haircut myself which eventually led me to just cutting my own hair for nearly a decade. I was recommended to fanatics #2 by my wife and it has been life changing. Mandy is awesome, my haircut is consistent and perfect everytime without having to do any fixes when I get home. Hands down best barber shop in the Houston area.

Mandy’s been my main barber for a couple years now and she’s hands down the best there is! Even though Mandy cuts my hair the rest of the staff is always super friendly! 10/10 recommend🫡

Fanatics is my favorite barbershop. I always get greeted with a smile. They really take the time to get to know their customers. I have very curly textured hair abd sometimes people have trouble getting a good cut on it. I've been to all of stylists and all of them do a fantastic job. I highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Fanatics Barbershop #2 for over 10 years, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Mandy has been cutting my hair for at least 8 of those years, and she’s absolutely phenomenal at what she does. The consistency, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere makes this the best barbershop around in my opinion.
