Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made an appointment with a so called barber OZIEL GARZA AT 5:45 walked it nobody said hi are u walk in or do u have an appointment. Everyone just stares at you place smells like straight up weed. Little did they know they missed out on a big tip if they would have actually cut my hair. I walked off bc nobody bothered to ask anything it was also way past the appointment time. I would never recommend this place to any one who is new trying to get a haircut at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omar is the worst barber ever doesnt ask anything just messes your hair up idk how he has clients . This man deserves to be fired compared to the other barbers at shop. Might as well goto a hair school and get cut for free

I moved to Houston from the Dominican Republic 3 years ago and I had a hard time finding someone who can cut my type of hair. I found legends barbershop and i have came here ever since. The people here are truly amazing and the environment is friendly. A huge shout out to Omar Garza. He has been my go-to barber. Each time he cuts my hair i leave satisfied; he makes sure I leave out looking shaper than ever. A huge blessing and thank you to Omar and his amazing team. They deserve all the business and blessings

9/30/25. "OG" Omar Garza's business instincts helped him recognize that i was a walk-in with a full house. I believed he knew who might have had an opening amongst the other barbers and after finishing his current client he called me up to his station. A huge, "THANK YOU" Omar. I've had a real busy week and even more busier weekend with my daughter's Quince & Sweet 16, so he definitely helped me keep my schedule. Those little things is what makes this person and place special.🤛 (Previous Visit) ALBERTO quickly welcomed me in and asked if I had an appointment. I was a walk-in, and he said he could take care of me. The place was crazy busy, but everyone was getting taken care of. Alberto was very tentative to how I wanted my hair cut and left nothing to chance. This place definitely looks like it's here to stay and the vibe was lively. As I write this review in the parking lot, people are steadily going and coming.

First time visiting this barber shop and it didn’t disappoint. Requested a high fade from Jorge Angel and he delivered perfectly. Made sure to be precise with the cut and asked questions along the way on preferences for my hair. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Legends Barbershop!

Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. By far best barbershop I’ve been to. All the barbers are personable and make it comfortable for even my 2 year old to come to. Music always going and tv always on something good whether on sports or an old classic movie.

Just wanted to come here and express my gratitude for this wonderful shop. Customer service was terrific and all of the barbers were professional and kind. I failed to catch the names of the barbers that serviced my little ones but man they rocked it. I’m new to the area and my kids barber passed away recently so I’ve been kind of without a barber for a few months. My son has an event tomorrow so it’s no need to explain how the haircut was much needed. My little guy wasn’t so excited about the whole ordeal but afterwards he got out the chair more confident than he was before he sat down. I truly appreciate these kind gentleman for the compassion they showed us today. I’m so glad I found this place

Edgar Serrano is the best! In addition to his excellent barber skills, he is responsive to requests for appointments and fun to talk to. Been bringing my guys to see him for several years and they love that fresh haircut feeling!
