Worst experience I have had at a barbershop. My hair is completely messed up. I am a black male and asked for a specific hair cut multiple times asked if they can do this hair cut I was told yes they could do this haircut, but turns out they definitely could not and after messing my hair up they said they didn't cut "my" kind of hair. I would not have made this post if they would have been respectful and told me that from the beginning but they continued to cut my hair and mess it completely up.

Sorry you were not happy. If we try to be nice and explain that we are not trained in a certain hair type we get accused of being racist. Ethnic hair requires particular training in that hair type. So even though we do our best, if it is not satisfactory, we still get blamed. It's called a "no win situation!" Lol.

What a total treasure to find a true old school barber shop!!!!! Ya'll gotta come pamper your selves. Great staff fast super friendly. Definitely going to be our new family hair care center!!! Low price high quality results!!! And fast service. My son and I were were totally blown away with their awesome service. Can't wait to go back.

Your men always soak my face and neck with that hot towel and cream so I dont get any irritation from your tools. And you are all precise with scissors its not just electric work, you shape my face and do the crisp line ups perfect. 50 stars my American goatee brothers

Paid $23 cash and a $2 tip for a perfect hair cut. Ask for Andy. He’s been doing these for 32 years. He does inside your ears and across your eyebrows without being cajoled. Shaves your neck with lather, too.

Bianca was amazing! What a great Barbershop! I was in town from NYC and looking for a haircut and beard trim before a wedding. Bianca did an exceptional job! Everything I asked for she was able to help me with. She provided the input I needed, advising while allowing me to give direction. The pricing was transparent and inexpensive for the level of service. I enjoyed talking with her and the other staff there as well. After reading the other reviews I was surprised as that was not my experience at all. If you are looking for a no nonsense barbershop, with professional service I would highly recommend going to to see Bianca at Imperial! Thanks again!

Decided to try this place out because they had good reviews. My experience was horrible. I saw on the reviews that the haircut prices aren’t exact and that’s true. I walked in and was immediately stared at and not greeted. I felt so awkward that I was actually the one who said hello first. Every time a customer would leave they would talk about them saying not so nice things. I usually go to Razor tite but I don’t like waiting for a long period but after this experience, I will just wait. Great Clips would have done a way better job than what I got here. When the lady finished cutting my hair she used an air hose to blow off all the hair on my face. I thought that was really weird. I was charged $20 even though a review from 2 months ago said they were charged $17. Would not recommend and I only wrote this review to confirm what a few others said because I thought they were haters…Lesson learned!

Been going for five years now. Every time has been a pleasure and a pleasant experience. Excellent service and hair cut every time from Andy, who's the jefe of the shop. Prices are reasonable and I highly recommend this shop to all retirees, along with everyone else.

*I would not recommend this place. My husband walked in today, Sunday 1/20/19 around 10:30 am to try and get our son a haircut. Upon walking in they were greeted with 2 hands up and a look of disgust by the barber there. Our 7 year old ( Who happens to be on the spectrum) had his hair a little grown out. NOT in his face. NOT all over the place. Not a mess. And yet they were greeted as if he had maggots growing out.. We were shocked and pretty disgusted and decided to walk right out. We obviously wont return and definitely would not recommend. Try some compassion/kindness/manners maybe? Its good for you and this world could really use it. ALSO, you never know what kind of individual you are dealing with... like in this case. Our sweet and very special 7 year old!
