This is hands down the BEST barbershop ever!!! đđ„ Fred absolutely knocked it out of the park with my haircut and beard. I couldnât be happier! My wife was completely blown away!!!!! đ€© Not only is the customer service top-tier and genuinely friendly, but the shop itself is SPOTLESS. Seriously⊠how many times do you walk into a barbershop and itâs dirty? Not here! Itâs so clean you could practically eat off the floor. And what really stood out to me is that Fred personally thanks every customer after their service. That kind of appreciation and professionalism goes a long way. Such an incredible experience. Iâm beyond thankful to have found this place! đđ

I had a morning appointment with JP and booked a full specialty cut with all the bonuses (massage, wash, shampoo, etc.) and only got the cut (if you can call it that). I asked for a middle mullet that would use my long curly hair and even showed pictures. JP then cut my hair too short realized after combing my hair to magically grow longer that it wasnât going to work. So he then decided to blame my hair type and my hair texture for the cut not working, even though it wasnât clearly 1-2 inches too short to even close to working. I would have known but he never once turned me toward the mirror to see progress but instead I only got âtrust me broâ the whole cut. We then decide to completely change the cut and try to salvage what was done and after an almost 2hr long appointment I left embarrassed (I came with a hat that I put on as I left the store it was that bad). At checkout I had to awkwardly stand there for 2+ minutes looking for the card reader bc he didnât hand it to me which just made the whole experience that much better. After all that time I still didnât get the full experience, left with frizzy nasty hair on top, and not what I asked for At ALL⊠That said, I will likely not be coming back, but I give 2 stars instead of 1 bc JP was actually a super kind and genuine person to talk to. However, the service could have been much better and I honestly felt ashamed paying for the butchering of my hair, which will take months to grow back out.

Great barbershop. Friendly and professional staff. Relaxed atmosphere. I drive from San Antonio to New Braunfels just to get a cut. That should tell you what you need to know.

I called to see if they could fit me in a on straight razor shave, same day and they made it happen. Professional, smooth shave. Fair pricing for the service. If you are new to the area and looking for a new barber I would recommend coming here like I did.

Needed a haircut while I was in town. Saw Manny today for a 0.5 fade and scissors on top. He was friendly, took his time, and asked questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. The cut looks great and was very reasonably priced. Shop is spacious and clean.

Love coming here. Been here twice and had Manuel both times for my toddler son. Manuel is so awesome with little ones and always listens to what we ask for. Always double checks with me about the cut before cutting. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming! Always clean and put together as well!

Man I highly recommend these guys. Clean shop, Great atmosphere, good music and even better haircut. Been to a couple barbers around town and New Braunfelsâ Barber is the first place to give a great cut at a fair price that doesnât cost an arm and a leg. My new go to for sure

Awesome barbershop tucked away in New Braunfels. Friendly, helpful, experienced barbers with personality and a great sense of humor. Priced competitively, attention to detail...these folks listen and shape your style to your specifications. Best haircut Iâve had in years. Recently moved to the area and made an appt. Manny did an excellent job and you can tell he takes pride in his craft. The shop is very nice and clean but still has that barber shop feel. Will be going back for sure and highly recommend for anyone looking for a great haircut/barber shop.

Really great work, I had Manuel cut my hair. Iâve always had a hard time explaining how I liked my hair to be cut, to the point to where I started trying to cut it myself. But, Manuel was very patient and understood exactly what I was trying to describe and nailed the cut perfect. I will definitely be going back to him for cuts. Thank you!!
